    Business has a full money back guarantee on their product. I purchased product but was unsatisfied and now am seeking a refund well within the time they allow for refund but they refuse to respond after multiple attempts.

    I noticed a withdrawal on my checking account for $89.86 on 1/25/25 from Live Conscious and did not purchase anything from them. I looked at my account I had with them and it showed no orders or subscriptions. I called them and they said there was no order and they did not understand why $89.86 was taken from my checking account. Huh? Then after 10 emails they said I had a subscription and gave me an order #******. Meanwhile, there is NO information on my account with this company. I have been fighting with them to refund the money they stole from me! They keep saying I have product that they shipped but yet to see a tracking number or any confirmation that they are telling the truth. I have contacted my bank and will tell everyone to NOT GIVE YOUR FINANCIAL INFO TO LIVE CONSCIOUS!

    I am rejecting this response because:  Live Conscious had NO subscriptions or order for the amount they charged me on 1-25-25 for $89.86.  You cannot cancel a subscription or order that was never initiated and when you go to my account you can see this.  ************ took my financial information from past purchases and took it upon themselves to create an order to steal money from my account.

    Hello Ms. ******************* looking into your account. We see the original order placed on 9/25/2024 was placed through our website with an email address consisting of a typo error when submitted. The service provider was input as '********' this caused interference in communications regarding the subscription order that was placed for the 4x Collagen Peptides every 4 months. This also caused an issue with accessing the correct account online showing the active subscription. We processed a full refund on 2/07/2025 for the subscription order that was scheduled and processed on 1/25/2025. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will always aim to make things right and will always strive to improve.     Live Conscious will sign you up for a subscription, then wont let you cancel. And you cant cancel on their website. They send you product then tell you that they cant stop it so would you like a discount or a return. Even with multiple emails to cancel they still encourage you to just postpone, Its bad business practices.

    May2024 placed an auto shipment (every 2 months)subscription for collagen peptides. Cancelled subscription on Live Conscious website (manage my account) in July 2024 due to I began experiencing joint pain after using powder in my coffee. Received email confirming cancellation. However, Live Conscious has continued to ship product and charge me for product . I have emailed and called customer service phone number to get resolution. Ive never heard from customer service by email nor was able to get someone to answer phone . Continually get Were sorry , were experiencing a high volume of calls. Just received an email that my subscription will renew ! I have no subscription. When checking website For subscription it states no subscription found . That is correct. I cancelled subscription in July 2024. This is fraudulent to continue to charge my credit card and ship product when *** not authorized this. I gave a poor review for their service and did recently receive a message from customer service. First , to upsell me . declined. I was told in the next email they would send postage paid labels to return the product. Ive yet to receive this. have provided product return information . Again, customer service is miserably inadequate in resolving their wrongful transactions but amazingly competent to charge and ship unauthorized transactions. This is fraud at its best .

    I ordered a three month subscription on 8/26 for Live Consciouss Hair la Vie vitamins. Prior to ordering, I made sure that I could cancel if I didnt like the product. Their website specifies multiple ways to cancel by contacting customer service and that cancellation is an option at any time. Unfortunately, it didnt agree with me, and I needed to cancel before the first month was up. Live Conscious has consistently not responded to my inquiries to cancel my subscription. I have sent them 5 emails about it and the only response I have received is to tell me they have not cancelled so I can take time to consider a promotional reduction in price. Since this email, I have continued to email their customer support asking for confirmation of cancellation prior to the next subscription renewal on 9/26. I would like for their customer service to cancel my subscription (and refund any charges made because it isnt done in time before the next installment) and send an email confirming, instead of more promotional offers.

    I purchased one item from Live Conscious, and was auto enrolled in subscription plan without my knowledge or consent. The company is unreachable by phone noone answers), email (auto reply are sent, but no reliable human to interact with). Links to "edit" my account lead to a "404 Page not found" landing page. After visiting the BBB site, I see that sadly I am not the only person experiencing this. I am requesting a refund for the $20 September 2nd subscription charge and then I want my card information removed. I do not want nor do I authorize this company to use my card for future orders or subscriptions. I do not want anything else from this company but to be separated from them in every way.

    I bought a shipment of LiveConscious Collagen Peptide back in April 1st 2024. but somehow they auto enrolled me into a subscription and used me credit card to charge again today (7/28/2024). I tried calling their number. There is no response. I emailed to the,(see screenshot). Email bounced back. I logged into the account tried to cancel the subscription and it will not let (see screenshot). I tried to delete my credit card but there is no option to delete. This company is fraudulent and people need to know about it. I am logging this with BBB as the first step of suing the company

    I love this product. I had a subscription with this company. I noticed I was running low so I changed the date of my subscription. After a week and the product had not arrived, I contacted the company. They told me that my order placed on 3/15/2024 had been cancelled and could not provide a reason for the cancelation. As of filing this complaint my money has not been refunded.

    Hello, we do not have any subscriptions active for you in our system, this order #**B6D71256724 was placed via Paypal as a one time order on 1/28/2024 for the amount of $ 80.97 of 3 bottles of beyond collagen at 2:37pm pst , we show you spoke with someone on 2/5/24 at 10:37 am pst to return the product, return instructions were sent so the customer will need to return this before a refund is issued. also another order was placed on Amazon.com for 1 bottle of beyond collagen order # ***-2753461-1497843 on 1/28/2024 at 5:48pm pst as well in the amount of $ ***** two orders were placed for the same product on the same day, one on our website and one on amazon.

    Ordered a product with a subscription but another item was added to my cart upon checkout that I did not want. Called customer service during stated business hours several times and was on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer and sent several tickets and emails trying to get this order cancelled. Website advertises 100% money back guarantee but in very small print in an obscure part of the site states a 15% restocking fee is required, the whole process is deceptive.
