DO NOT DO A BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.I had a box with this place for 20+ years, I've been paying for my box annually always on or before Feb 26 and had no issues with the previous owner until recently. I had to be out of town at the time of renewal, I talked with the new owner and explained my situation, she offered me an extended free month and discounted rate to renew my box.Once I came back from the trip, everything turned up upside down. The owner disowned what she told me, she started changing her mind right and left without communication, she closed my box (I don't know where are my mails), nobody knows what rules she puts on the boxes, no written notices or any type of communication going around, I even had written and signed notice from her that she disowned it too. Nobody knows if this place is an office, real estate, mailbox or to catch a millionaire by blackmailing them and holding their mails. The rate already hit the roof for a small box annual rate is $459, medium $540 and large box $600, while other rates are between $200-$260 annually including 1/2 months free service. Next door a block away mailbox on Magnolia is charging much less than this place.Now I've been waiting for important documents, and I don't know if she is holding them like she did to other customers. I already complained to **** regarding holding mails and closing boxes without any previous notices. I already reported this company to Better Business Bureau too.PLEASE, BE CAREFUL FROM THIS PLACE.The owner of this place she is rude, unconsidered, not professional, noisy, opens your personal mails and starts talking about customers all around, does illegal jobs.SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL, DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE DOING A BUSINESS WITH HER.
