Thank you for taking the time to review my complaint. My ********************* has rented a mailbox #*** from Mail Boxes and Accessories for over 15 yrs on an annual basis. Fairly recently it came under new ownership. The new owners first claimed payment was late since March 2022, then after seeing invoice and receipt, stated verbally they would honor the invoice and receipt. Now the new owners are no longer honoring the agreement that has already be paid for. (Invoice and credit card receipt attached) The mail box, as you can see from the invoice and attached credit card receipt is rented from March 16 2022 through to March 16 2023 New owners are stating new prices for this year, demanding an additional 345 dollars to rent the mail box until March 16 2023, or to be out of the mail box by September 30, I assume keeping the 195 dollars already paid for the one year rental. The invoice and receipt constitute a contract and should be honored until March 16 2023, with no further payment. The agreement was already made. Thank you for your time
