I purchased a Tahoe LT from Community Chevrolete in February 2021. As suggested by the sales agent, I purchased an extended warranty with a sales pitch that if the vehicle was sold I would receive a refund of whatever portion was not used. I moved to Colorado and needed to upgrade to the Tahoe RST with 4wheel drive. The Chevrolet dealership in Colorado told me to contact Community Chevrolet because I was owed a refund on my extended warranty. I did that and provided the necessary paperwork showing the sale and was completely ghosted by Community Chevrolet. They continually tell me they will refund the portion of my extended warranty, but then ghost me and refuse to complete the paperwork! This is a horrible business! Taking money from people!!!

It brings me displeasure to leave a one star review for a community business that I have been supporting for more than 6 years. This specific review and complaint is against sales manager ******************* who treats not only his customers but also employees extremely poorly by abusing his power and authority. To provide you with some context: We have been in communication with a one of *****'s salespersons to trade in our exiting vehicle. The salesperson we were in contact with went over and above helping us find the vehicle of our choice. He was in constant communication with us once he located the vehicle which was supposed to arrive at the dealership about two weeks after our initial meeting. We were given a vin number to track the status of the vehicle on daily bases and have text messages to prove daily interaction with him. After two weeks of waiting we finally got a text that the vehicle arrived at the dealership. As soon as we get there to start our paperwork and as we are looking at the vehicle another representative sent by Many **** walks out to inform us the vehicle had been sold to a different customer 2 hours ago. This came as a shock not only to us as customers but to our salesperson. He was in a complete state of shock as he was holding the keys in his hands and had washed and prepped the car for us. When asked to speak with ***** he simply told us "he is not required to inform anyone what sales are made and that it is purely business he can't worry about people's feelings and emotions." He sold the car to the first person who walked in as he watched his employee washing and getting the car ready to sell to us without even informing him. I refuse to believe this type of passive aggressive behavior is what truly represents COMMUNITY Chevrolet. This goes against everything the word COMMUNITY stands for. Workplace bullying and abuse of power is not okay in any setting. ******************* is a bully and he should be held accountable for his actions.
