I purchased a vehicle from Radical Auto on August 28th. During the purchase, the dealer offered a 30-day hassle free warranty on their used vehicles. After an issue came up the 5th day into ownership, Radical Auto accepted the warranty and i brought the car in on Oct 23 for this exact issue. After over two months of waiting for an acceptable resolution, Radical Auto has failed to provide adequate customer service on a product that I am not only paying interest on, but have had to source a different vehicle while the warrantied vehicle's completion date remains unknown. The salesman handling the warranty work has lied on several occasions about updates, and continues to dodge calls, completely ignore calls and messages. I have asked for a date to resolve this issue, to no avail. The better business bureau is my last resort in working with this business to resolve my purchase, and I hope Radical can uphold their claim to take care of their customers.Initial Complaint

the transaction in question started on 9/24/2022 with radical auto dealers when i received information on the ****************** which i chose to purchase from them. in the description on**********, and the description that was given to me by the sales person, that this truck was in incredible condition with only 60,000 miles, and no problems. so i paid a $1000.00 deposit.i then over nighted a check for the balance of $12,300.00 and all the signed papers.it was then transported to me. when the truck arrived, it wasnt close to the description i was given, nor on**********. the interior was in poor shape with a large spot on the passenger side floor which was a hole and covered by the floor mat.seveal scratches and marks on the dash. the passenger side box had been repaired and painted poorly so the bondo marks came through. the radiator had to have a full gallon of prestone put in as it was that low.the engine compartment and vents were filled with leaves and pine cone quills.i paid top dollar for a truck(********************* cab short box) and was not represented to me,or described.i understand*********** law allows me to return the vehicle within 2 days of the sale, but me living in montana that option wasnt possible.Business response

Consumer Response /* (-5, 5, 2022/12/09) */ also, since the first complaint files, i also had trouble with the motor, which was repaired at the cost of $1100.00 done at the******* store, and still needs other parts that can correct the vibration coming from the motor as stated previous this truck is far from what it was described
