On September 9th, National Apostille received ************************************ from our client to process their apostille, we shared all the requested information as well as payment (attached). Since September 9th, we have not received any communication from the company after repeated attempts to call and email the company. I tried to visit their listed ** office in person only to find the office does not exist. It is clear that they are not processing the apostille as requested and may no longer even be in business. That said, we immediately require the return of our client's personal documents. These documents belong **************** who's legal status in their country hangs in the balance and without the documents, she cannot remain home. As National Apostille has not communicated with us nor have they completed the services they were paid to do, we desperately need the documents they have returned to us at once. We have expressly requested this from them in a letter (attached) but have still received no communication nor the documents.

I needed an apostille ***************** to be added to ***************** certificate. I contacted National Apostille, Inc. on May 10th and they said that they can get this solved in 2-3 weeks. I paid two invoices for their services of $295 + $150 (totaling $445) so they can take my case. I then followed their instructions and, on May 11 2002, sent multiple documents required (some original, some copies) by**** (invoice attached of about $100). After payment, my nightmare started. For more than 3 (three) months, promises and excuses were being made, hence, delaying my stay in Romania for more than 3 months. When I finally asked for a refund via phone, calling ************, the representatives were extremely rude, telling me I need to "drink a glass - no, a bottle of wine to relax", and that I am stupid and do not understand that I need to wait longer. Afterwards, I noticed that the firm blocked my email address starting July 22, 2022. I am asking for a full refund of direct (invoices presented for $684.50) and indirect expenses (impacting original documents lost, my expenses **********, and my work: at least $1200), plus reparations for using insults and curse words over the phone with me when I asked for a refund (at least $2000). A total of 3884.50 US Dollars. This type of behavior is not acceptable from a USA-based firm. Thank you in advance for your consideration, ****************

On August 17, National Apostille, Inc. confirmed receipt of my payment for $290.00. The payment was for 2 original certified documents ****************************************************************************************** The cost for the first Apostille is $195. Each additional Apostille from the same State is $95 - total $290. They also confirmed receipt of the documents as well as the *** tracking information. I was told it will take about 2-3 weeks to complete the process. I emailed, called and messaged them as I would like to get an update or status of my request. I started reaching out to them last week, starting on Monday, August 29, 2022. The last email and call was today, September 6, 2022. Every time you call it always state to leave a message. No one answers my call or email or chat request. I was starting to get suspicious. Today, my bank showed another unauthorized charge from National Apostille, Inc., in the same amount of $290.00. Now I confirm my suspicion due to the unauthorized charge and complaints I read on the ******* website. As I continue to read the complaints, it is exactly what is happening to me. ************* Customer Support was my contact. I have his email I received on 8/12/2022 and 8/15/2022. I need the original documents I sent them. I have no way of reaching them. I do not know how else I can get someone from their office to respond. I informed my bank that the charge today was unauthorized and disputed the charge on 8/15/22. All I need is to get my documents. Consumers should also know that this is not a trust-worthy and not a reliable company. Do not trust them with any of your financial information. Please help. Thank you

A check for $195 was sent to National Apostille (****************) for the service of obtaining apostille for a marriage certificate from the state of **********. The check and document was received on May 27 per signature confirmation. The expected ETA for the service is 3-5 days. After a month had gone by and an update had to be manually requested, the following was the response on June 28 from the Order Status team via email: "I have just followed up with my supervisor regarding the order and have been informed that the state has requested new copies of your documents as they have unfortunately misplaced them in their office. They have put the request on hold in the meantime and are awaiting the new documents. Please send us the new copies at your earliest convenience, and also include a copy of this email for our reference so that we can complete your request." Upon requesting an immediate refund as services were not rendered within a reasonable time frame and required further actions from us, the following was the response on June 30: "The refund will be issued within three weeks. If you do not receive the refund within three weeks, please let me know so I can follow up with the accounting department. " After more than two months have gone by and after multiple calls to the support number as well as emails to the order status team and directly to******************* (supposed to be billing mgr)******************************** that was supposed to resolve the situation, no refund has been issued. We request an immediate refund of $195 for the service that was never rendered. Please see all email communication attached.
