What everyone else has posted here happened to me as well in mid-2022. Quick to answer before receiving money, completely silent afterwards. No apostille, no ***** no response. I made the stupid mistake of not researching the company enough before using them, as they are quite obviously a scam. Don't be fooled by their website, forms, phone numbers, and "five star" ratings. They are classic scammers. I filed a fraud claim with my bank and was fortunately reimbursed, but this mistake cost me in more ways than one. A well-earned F rating for them.Review from Eric T

I'd say they are scammers also. Nice web page with lots of promises, eager to answer questions and take payment then...nothing. Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns messages left, even their email bounced when I tried to contact them that way. I lost $$$ and over a month's time waiting for docs I need for my ***** I'll probably have to start the **** **************** again. I've since found similar very negative reviews on other sites. I recommend NOT USING THIS COMPANY (if it even is a company...and I wish there was a negative star rating...)Review from Lucy P

Disaster - as bad as the reviews below and worse.....super crooked.. AVOID AVOID AND THEN AVOID. HARD TO UNDERSTAND IN MY OPINION WHY THEY HAVEN'T BEEN SHUT DOWN BY GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES.Review from Alfred W

Sent my documents to National Apostille about a week and a half ago and got them back with the California apostille attached. I also had a document from Nevada and they got that done too. They are a very professional company and know how to get things done without any issues. I'm very happy with the service I received.Review from Fernando A

I was pressed for time to get several of my documents done after another company I used drop the ball on my documents. I had several documents from three separate states (California, Nevada, and Florida). I contacted National Apostille and spoke to Lia who emailed me the forms I needed for each state. Basically, they have several offices and they process specific documents from different states. For example, the California and Nevada documents are processed through their California office and the Florida through their Miami office. Their pricing is a bit confusing but they clarified the cost for each document when I called. Please give them a call so you know the cost and the processing time. My Florida documents took the longest to complete but they did tell me that when I originally called. The job was done and I'm ready to go to Spain. I'll refer my family and friends because I know they'll get it done. Also, these guys deal with state offices so please be patient with them because things are taking longer to complete. I'm very happy with the service I receive at their Washington DC office and their office in Burbank. In Washington DC they processed my FBI background check and their Burbank office in Los Angeles handled my birth certificate. Their pricing is a little tricky to understand but I was able to clear it up when I chatted with them on their website and over the phone. Basically, the FBI background check costs $195 to process and the California birth is $195. So it was for each and they are processed separately. Be sure to check with them by phone or on their site so you know the exact cost. Things were handled professionally and my documents were returned by fedex. The staff is friendly and easy to reach. I recommend them for all of my friends and family.Review from Gina V

Awful customer service. They do business under several names - see California Apostille. Do not do business with this company.
