I ordered a subscription box that was never received automatically debited from my bank the very same day of purchase on May ******* I was told the day of purchase through email once the purchase was ready for shipment that Id be *************** a tracking # . Never received any of the above.. finally Cancelled order & unsubscribed after waiting a few days shy of a month & requested a refund for my purchase that was never received I have not received a refund nor an email acknowledging request to this matter other than subscription cancelled Sorry to see you go! $ ***** was automatically debited -$ 5.00 shipping with no acknowledgement of my refund request to date. It's a box of cheap stuff that breaks the first time you use it. They will also renew the subscription months before they are supposed to and when you ask them to cancel they say no. They ate not ethical at all and I'm annoyed that Ellen Degeneres is involved with this mishandling of customers.Review from Susan Z

I ordered a gift on December 10 that never came to my house. They claim they sent it and it was to the wrong address so I let them know and they claim they sent it again to the correct address and I never got it and I cannot get them to answer me or refund me and I was $82 on a gift for my mother for Christmas that she never got. I will never shop from them again and I will tell everybody else to not Its making me leave a star rating so thats why I put a one I would put a -5 if I couldReview from Christina G

I have tried to cancel my subscription for months, it doesnt accept my request. It tells me it does however it never cancels. They took a full yearly subscription $213.80 from my account using an expired card. I have countless chats and emails that have gone nowhere. After many attempts I did get someone to chat after long debate and them telling me no refund they said they would refund 50% in 3-5 business days. That never happened. I have sent another email demanding a full refund. My bank is having a hard time as well.Review from Heather A

I have tried numerous times to contact this company but no response. There is no phone number or business address to contact the BE KIND distributor for Ellen DeGeneres. The BE KIND distributor is a scam. Once you setup the account your unable to stop the automatic authorizations.Review from Michelle W

I purchased a Be Kind subscription box on 11/14/22 with a promotion code. I then checked to see when the the next billing date was and it indicated 2/23. To may horror and disgust I was charged again on 11/15/22 for another box that I did not order. I am on a limited budget each month and they have taken money that I need to pay for bills. They do not have a customer service number to reach out to. I have sent an email to their customer service and have not had a return response yet. I know it has only been a few days - however I am sick with worry- and do not have a good feeling after reading these reviews. I want and need a refund for the second box they charged me for that I did not approve or order.

I have subscribed to BeKind for several years. It seems my last subscription included auto renewal (of which I was unaware). When E-mail came regarding an auto renewal for $218 I was astounded at this price. I was not interested at this price. I tried to reach someone by phone without success!! I replied to the e-mail and return message "sorry to see you go your subscription is cancelled". A month later I see the $218 on my credit card. AGAIN cannot reach a person via phone. I put in a dispute with my credit card and with back and forth e-mails I am told I cancelled too late even though my message was sent the same day as the renewal was to take place. I want my money refunded, this is fraud!Review from Catherine J

I've had trouble ever since I subscribed to her "BeKindBoxes"!! Do not get! They charge you over a month in advance and I'm still waiting for my "Winter 2021 Box" after being charged in early November!! I've emailed dozens of times (only way to contact them, no phone #) and get a generic reply about checking into it!! Don't waste your time or money on these Boxes!! It's horrible that "Ellen" would be involved in such awful Customer Service to her fans!!! I will never order from them again!
