    i THOUGHT i ordered a t shirt and vinyl LP directly from the rock band Primus' website. what actually happened is i was directed to the merch collective site and i didn't know. i ordered the items and was given shipping options of **** ground or **** 3 day. i chose 3 day so it was here by christmas. gave it 3 business days, 5 total days and it was not here. reached out and when the merch collective replied w/their shipping policy and a link to it, they informed me that they're within their policy. i went back to the order site and could not find that info. they then resent the policy. after trying to find it on the primusville.com site and still not finding it i tried going through the steps to purchase again and this is when i realized they directed me to a different page and the merch collective is separate from primusville. i paid for 3 day shipping but the merch collective hides their shipping policy in an area on there page where nobody will look instead of putting it right there in the shipping section of the order or at least an asterisk promoting you to look at the policy BEFORE purchase. they covered themselves by hiding the policy and stating they have 1-5 days of process time BEFORE the 3 day shipping starts. plus being the holiday season they added another 1-5 business days. so now that i realize that i'm screwed i sit here and wait while my dad does not get his christmas gift. finally get it in the mail. when i open it the record cover is damaged but the shipping box was not. once again emailed them and was given 2 options, keep it and get 15% back on my card or return for replacement, not even a refund offered. i chose to have it replaced and they sent me a return "address label". it's not even paid return shipping. i have to pay for the return shipping on an item that was damaged before it was shipped. attached are pics of the i damaged shipping box, damaged record cover and the shipping page with no disclosure of policy or links to policy.
