  Date of contract was February 21, 2023 for the amount of ****** dls. 1. Prepare and cover all walking areas, Demolition of shingles, tar paper, flashing from property, remove and haul away package unit on the roof, Replace up to 15% of rotten decking as needed, Install low profile vents, install metal flashing, drip edge, valley and vent flashing install peel and sick on sensitive areas. Install synthetic underlayment on entire roof, install T24 cool roof shingles on entire roof, install ridge caps white, installpoly-glass poly- flesko on flat roof, waterproof mastic around vents and pipes

  We have completed this job fully and passed all necessary city inspections. Customer has assumed that because he does not like the look of the wood from viewing it in the attic that he will not pay for any work completed. As a roofing company that offers ours customers a long term warranty, obviously it is in our best interest to make sure the roof is completed and water proof. All necessary steps on our contract have been completed.

  Ceiling breached and we may have been exposed to asbestos because of it since the house was built in **** and I don't know how long the ceiling popcorn have been around in the house. The business did not check for asbestos as soon as the roof worker fell through the ceiling from the roof, instead they just hired a 3rd party to patch up the roof.

  We have tried to reach our customer multiple times to be able to resolve this issue but have not been able to.

  I am rejecting this response because:

   

  I spoke to ******************* (spelling may need corrections).  Leaving the construction site without testing for asbestos after a large portion of my ceiling was breached is negligent to my family's health and likely to be an illegal disposal of asbestos from my home under PC *****(b) or Penal Code ***** PC

  We have made multiple attempts to reach out to you to go ahead and resolve this for you. Each time we called you said you did not want to have anything to do with us and did not want us to call you. In the interest of not bothering you, we have stopped reaching out. If you would like this resolved, we would love to speak to you. Please call our main line, ************ and ask for the Operations Director to get this resolved.
