I have contacted the company thru their website on 4/15/22. I also emailed their press dept (because that was the only actual email that I could find on 4/15/22 and also on 4/23/22 and still have not heard back. In short, I was writing to inform them of foreign matter that was found in a bag of Milk Chocolate chips which were purchased on 4/9/22 from *** ***** via *********. This foreign matter was almost swallowed, but lucky he felt it in his mouth and was able to spit it out. I've sent them image of the foreign matter as well as package information. 1) I want to alert this company of a potential quality issue 2) I want to know what this is (ie, what was almost ingested) and 3) I want my money back at least! I find it extremely concerning that I have not heard back about this potential quality issue.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference tocomplaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I heard from the company directly, just after I submitted this and it was resolved.
