I paid a $741.00 deposit to have a chair reupholstered on February 4, 2022. I paid an additional $50 delivery fee for the chair to be picked-up at the store and delivered the chair March 12, when the fabric came-in. I paid the remaining balance of $741.00 on April 27 and another $50 delivery fee. It's now June 13 and I don't have my chair. I want my chair delivered to me ASAP. Calico has been paid and it's been three months.Customer response

The next day, Calico Corners called me and my issue was resolved. My chair was finally delivered within 72 hours of contacting the BBB. Thank you so much! I hadn't been able to get my issue resolved without your help.***************************
