I got a facial here and was sold a product. I was told that I could return the product within 14 days if I changed my mind. They are refusing to take the return that they promised even though it is unopened.Business response

client came in to the store and tried the product in the facia and asked about the product our representative helped her closely and walked her trough every set of the products she showed interest in, the Client (Sandara) decided to make the purchase the client was explained the policy of the products and the store that , due to the product been a personal use product , the company have a streaked " NO REFUND. exchange only within 14 days of purchase , as its posted also in the register , she understood and also signed indicating that she understood and agree to the policy, after Client (*******) left , she called our representative asking once again about the policy and other details about the product and was explained everything the second time over the phone she also mentioned about a product online and representative confirmed to her that it is an entire different product and was explained the deference , two weeks later (*******) daughter reached out to ask for a refund , i then spoke with (*******) and explained to her again and reminding her about the disclosure in the store and that i will try to help with anything i can and offered her additional ************** to regain her satisfaction and that i will need to get it approved , after receiving this complaint i personally reached out to Client (*******) again and explained to her everything again and responded about the approval of the service she then said "i am okay with that and have the personal to reach out to me to put me in the schedule ps that was last week , but at this point (Sandara) stop to answer the phone
as a summary the store is providing as much help as possible but the policy stands

I am rejecting this response because: Mo or ****** whichever alias responded is lying! She (his employee) told me I had 14 days to refund. They tried not to respond and ignore me with the 14 days but I reached them within that period. My daughter even spoke to them prior to the 14 days. We have call logs and screenshots to prove it. Mo tried to offer $700 off, then $1200 off. The product is unused and unopened. This place lacks business ethics. They scam people and they know it. His employee went as far as hanging up in our faces when we requested a refund. She told us she didn't care if we contacted the BBB because it wasn't her business. She told us we could refund it, it says that we could, and we contacted her within the 14 day period. They just want the sale and that is all this is about. They need to adhere to the verbal contract between me and the saleswoman. She also lied to my daughter and told her that I didn't purchase anything for $5,000 but that it was $199 a month. They are liars and scammers and they should not be able to continue to take advantage of the community.
