I reserved a hotel stay with extended parking through Stay Park Travel. Reservation numbers ******** and ********. According to my reservation email of which I sent a copy to the hotel, after I gave a deposit of $49.84, I was to pay $456.24. I was charged twice for my stay, both before and after my flight. $316.16 was the first charge and $231.44 was the second. Far over what our contract stated. . I have been dealing with the manager for days now with no resolution. I feel I am also owed something for all this hassle Ive been put through. I am asking for the second charge of $231.44 to be refunded.Initial Complaint

I contacted IHG 3 weeks ago to book a room. Upon arrival to the designated city I received an email at the same time I was supposed to check in stating that my reservation was canceled due to there being no power. When I italked to the agent he told me the power had went out two days ago I feel as I they should have notified me the day they knew not the day off and especially not the time of check in. I asked the manager to make accommodations at one of the sited hotels listed on their website for the same price and same time of room as I could not afford more and this is what I was expecting he told me he couldnt then offered me a room $400 more than the anticipated price leaving me stranded for 4 hours until I could find a hotel in my price range and all could have been avoided if they told me priorInitial Complaint

Made a parking reservations at Crowne plaza. Had to cancel and they will not send my money. They promised to send it in February and are not replying to my emails. Company was AirportParkingReservations with Crowne Plaza ********** phone number. That number says they dont deal with parking. $39.24 is a small amount but not if they are cheating on the thousands of people who cancel.
