I took a COVID test through Color this past Tuesday at a ********** ** testing site on *****************************************. Two days after my test, I entered my information on their website to view my results and the website said they hadnt received my test. I contacted their customer support, and when I was finally able to talk with a customer service agent, they informed me that my Covid test and sample had been lost. There were many other people getting tested at that same location the day I was there. If Color is mishandling COVID tests, or not actually performing the tests, than a lot of people will be negatively affected.Business response

We aim to deliver the best care to patients and take care to ensure that test results are handled appropriately. While Federal and State privacy laws limit our ability to comment specifically on this patients care, we wish to assure the BBB that, notwithstanding any assertions to the contrary, no test results for any of our patients were mishandled or lost on the day in question. Such an occurrence, if it were even to occur, is extraordinarily rare as a general matter as our standard operating procedures meet and exceed regulatory and industry standards.
Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to respond. If a patient is unhappy with the care or treatment they have received, we welcome the opportunity to discuss these concerns directly with the patient and wish to further assure the BBB that we have responded promptly to any such concerns we have received from our patients.
