      We purchased a used vehicle from the dealership and the night we drove it home felt transmission issues. A major ************** in the control valve body was completed by the dealership prior to us purchasing the vehicle to fix such jerking issues but the car was still displaying hard shifts and missing shifts. The dealer was contacted and they took the vehicle back for inspectionafter multiple days no issues were found per service department. My 8 month pregnant wife was then advised to pick up the car and that there are no issues with the vehicle. As she was driving home the vehicle check engine light came on and the vehicle went into a limp mode. This placed her in an unsafe driving situation on the freeway as she was unable to drive over 50mph. The vehicle was brought back into the dealership and all the codes were cleared and adapts reset on the transmission, basically a reboot the transmissions computer. The adapt reset was previously completed during the valve body replacement to no prevail as the issues were still apparent when we bought the car. As soon as we received the car back again the second time it began to display the same issues shifting that it initially displayed before it left my wife in an unsafe position. I was concerned for the safety of my wife and children driving the vehicle as long as it was not being fixed. I asked for the dealership to fix the vehicle multiple times, up to replacing the transmission. After multiple days in the service department they stated they could not find any issues. We did not feel the car was a safe option so we asked the dealership to take the car back and refund us the money. The dealership stated they cannot give us a full refund since the taxes were already claimed to the **** The dealer paid the loan off but took $5k from our down payment to charge us a restocking fee. Our child was born 3 days later and we have been scrambling to find a vehicle since then with $5k less than what we stated with.

      ***** helped to take care of any issues. I bought a new 2024 2500 HD with 12 miles. ******* it back in at 20 miles with problems with the turn signal and smoke coming out of the exhaust they pushed the vehicle out without any documentation. By the time the vehicle had 900 miles it had went in again for the same issue and they just changed something for the turn signal and nothing was checked out with the exhaust. The trucks transmission finally went out and started the buy back process that has been a stressful runnin around by multiple ppl telling me and asking different things. Information was as wrong. Nothing was done to the exhaust. What a terrible experience. On top of that they dont want to host a buy back they just want to issue me a check and send me on my way. I use the vehicle for work and have lost not only time but money because of work. Currently out 5k in work and set back from this vehicle that they dont want to buy back
