I have contacted Mellow *** back in Feb. 2023 for a mattress purchased thru Wayfair in March 2020. Mattress is warranted for 10 years thru March ****. I have sent in numerous emails, phone calls, pictures of mattress on floor, compressed and measured with a stick and a ruler, sent in a claim form and now have not heard back from them in 2 weeks. They do NOT return your calls.Initial Complaint

I purchased a split adjustable king *** and one side broke and is stuck in an upright position. It had a two year warranty from company .I called them and it goes to voice mail , the person I sent the claim in keeps brushing me off . They have papers and pictures also purchase agreement .This started june 2022 and my *** is still broke .Please help.Initial Complaint

Purchased a metal frame bed thats missing the slope protection pads and I emailed mellow was promised theyd be shipped by ******* and 2 months have passed and now my emails are ignored.Initial Complaint

I originally backed this item on *********** on 11/19/19. Part of the terms of ******* of *********** is that if you back a project they must deliver. They have not done so. Per ***********'s TOS dated Oct 2012 (attached), "Project Creators are required to fulfill all rewards of their successful fundraising campaigns or refund any Backer whose reward they do not or cannot fulfill. Project Creators may cancel or refund a Backers pledge at any time and for any reason, and if they do so, are not required to fulfill the reward." Their last update was 9/9/2020 for ***********. I reached out to them on 10/22/2021 via *********** requesting a refund. They did not respond. I messaged Mellow on ******** 12/5/21 as well as emailed them at ************************************ and ************************************* They have not responded to any contact I have made. I am only asking for a refund for the $149 as well as any upgrades I may have purchased.
