I left my car at Anza Parking Lot for over 3 weeks in April, 2024 with valet parking while traveling out of the country. When I picked up my car, the navigation system display had been altered. The settings are deep in the settings menu, something not easily changed. I later discovered why someone had been going through the settings because the radio station had been reset from my usual traffic station to a Mexican music station that I had never listened to. It was apparent someone had been setting in my car listening to the radio while I was gone.I emailed Anza Parking regarding how they were to address this unprofessional behavior. Hello ******,
Our valets are trained not to touch any personal property inside your car.In fact, they won't have time to adjust your radio settings since their priority is to park your car immediately after you leave. One valet parks the car while the other valet doing pick and therefore each valet would have only one or two minutes sitting inside of your car.Customer response

Complaint: 21853045I would like to have seen Anza responsibility for what they did to my car. The changing of settings occurred while in their care with their empoyess. To simply deny it occurred is unacceptable. Their recitation that their employees are trained not to these things is meaningless.
I didn't ask for any monetary compensation, but I demand an apology and to know what steps will be taken to prevent a reoccurrence
