We enrolled for Jewelry insurance coverage for a wedding set (Engagement ring and two wedding bands) and a wedding band. When it was time to renew this year, I kindly requested clarification on the items listed as covered on the policy, unsure if we needed to add my husband's wedding band, which in the end was in fact already listed. My inquiry prompted adding an item to the policy rather than answering my question. Customer support was unable to clearly answer what was already included on the policy and said yes I can add my husband's ring. Separately, I have to reset a password each time I want to login. There was $8,000 value listed as wearer ******************* that the company cannot explain. That is not my name or anyone I know and I did not enter that value. Instead of investigating, they ask me to provide further info that does not exist. They also charged my card for a difference in price adjustment for adding the a ring I did not provide appraisal value of or ever authorized adding, it was already existent. When I asked why changes were made and not caught sooner, they said it is my fault for listing an incorrect value although I also was required and did provide the diamond grade sheet and appraisal form which was apparently never referenced. I then received an email response to my concerns and voicing upset with this mess and confusion, they canceled my policy. Terrible customer service. Unacceptable. Unprofessional and unorganized.
