      Asap tickets is an ****************** They are the real deal. They walk you through everything and make you to understand how it's work. The agency will call you for everything that you need to know. I strongly advise that the World buy tickets from **** TICKET. This is the best agency I sign my name to this statement.

      This is ticket agency is a SCAM! THE WORST SERVICE I have ever received from a ************** THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.I was sold Two ************************ by an agent in *********** called "Wednes" (or so she said when sold the ticket); one ticket to **** (with ITA) and the other to ******** (with Turkish Airlines).I was told by that agent that I would be able to choose the seats, with no problem. As I was trying to do so; I found out that It was a lie, and the airline is trying to charge me for the seats, both TK and ITA. This is Ridiculous, outrageous and unacceptable. According to the agent "Wednes", I was able to choose the seats which was included in the purchase for both ITA and ************ And this was a complete lie and misinformation for what I can see to sell the ticket.Yesterday, after I found the issue, I tried to contact this agent "Wednes" and she "was unavailable". Then, she sent an e-mail telling me that she will call me at 09:00 Sunday. She NEVER CALLED back. THIS fact is unacceptable. For a company TO LIE in order to sell, to promise with lies, it is unethical, and it is FRAUD! People should be aware of how this ticket company-ASAP lies to customers to sell ********************. I was expecting a resolution to the issue, but a manager who just spoke to me "******" clearly stated "they cannot do anything" about this but to investigate and fire the employee which DOES NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE HERE. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

      Make sure you read their policy, it is terrible. I had Insurance and requested cancellation on the website, but they would not refund my money. They told me I need to pay additional $380 for a cancellation and no show fee, to get a credit for my cancelled flight to use it for future flight. That is ridiculous, they wanna charge me again to give me a credit for my cancelled flight h*** no Im going to pay anything for them.Please be careful dealing with them. It seems they will give you a better deal on flights, but there is a catch for it, be very careful. Im so mad that I paid for insurance and they would not let me use it. They said the insurance is only for weather issues and medical reasons. why they didnt mention that when they sold me the insurance. I feel like most of them are try to rob you off but my advice is before you use ASAP, try somewhere else first.

      It was a little stressful because I have a very strict budget as I have had to travel 4 times already this year because my mom is very ill. Listening and pressure to buy extra caused my husband and I to start arguing and even after I paid we are still cussing. I think when someone says they decline tickets 2 times and refuse all that should be enough. I am thankful she got me my ticket, but she should not have to go thru all that. And I did tip her.
