      On February 7, 2024 I've signed the 2023 Tax Return Engagement Letter with AR2i Business Solutions and have paid AR2i Business Solutions the amount of $200 (invoice no. 1336) for preparation of my 2023 Tax Return.Payment *********** **** 1821 Upon ************************* e-mail, I've uploaded all of my personal paperwork related to the 2023 Tax Return into their secure server, link was provided to me in the e-mail from *********************.Today is March 15th, 2024. It has been a month and 1 week since I've issued the payment to AR2i Business Solutions.AR2i Business Solutions is no longer responding to my e-mails, phone calls and voicemails. I have been waiting for over 1 month for any kind of a response. AR2i Business Solutions is knowingly and willfully ignoring me. I don't know what to do at this point. They have all my personal, confidential, financial information in great detail. I am concerned that this business is a scam, and that I have become one of their victims. As the April 15 tax filing deadline date approaches, I'm getting more anxious and worried. Please help resolve this issue, if you can. Any information about AR2i Business Solutions and Accountant/owner ********************* is much appreciated. Have any other customers had a similar experience of being completely ignored after uploading all of their confidential financial information and after having paid ***** the non-refundable $200 fee?I can be reached by e-mail: *********************** and by phone: ************ *********************

      To whom it may concern,

      I just received this complaint in the mail (03/26/24).  This complaint came as a shock to me. We experienced technical issuse company wide for weeks without our knowledge.  The issue has been resolved.  What happened was between ******* and Gmail.  Our company ended up on Gmail's spam list so emails were not arriving to our client nor to us at all, not even into the spam folder.  When this information was ****** to light I was reaching out to each client to find out where our communications left off so we can get work completed.  I was able to connect with ********************* on 03/18/24.  I explained what had happened and got back on track with completing his tax return.  His tax return was filed on 03/19/24.  I have attached a copy of the final invoice for my service, paid by him.  You will see I included a discount for this inconvenience.  While speaking with ********************* numerous times, he thanked me for the discount and said that it was not necessary and he was looking forward to working wtih me again next year.  I request that this complaint be removed from my account since this was not a concious communication failure and everything was resolved before I was aware of his complaint to you.
