These guys are abusive as f*** and some of their managers are racist & like stressing people the f*** out also they are all childish as f***

Their cheesecake is delicious. Their cajun jambalaya pasta is delicious.

My daughter was having a birthday dinner on April 20th. The party was for 30 people. I went in early 3pm to secure a spot and ensure that we could be accommodated for 6:30pm April 20th. Side note: I called a week in advance and was told that for weekends, it's first come first serve for any reservation over 6 people. So I needed to arrive that day. It took over an hour for our order to be taken. Our food was coming out over the course of two hours after waiting atheist 1.5hrs for our food to start arriving after we ordered and everyone's food was **** warm. I always order the same meal from this place and never had a ***** cold order until this day. To take matters further. The service was not okay at all and the tip was included so it's not like we could express our disappointment by leaving a tip. It took over an hour and us asking several times for our checks before we finally received them. I was very unsatisfied as we're the members of our party with the service and I will not be returning for anything else.

There is something very wrong with the ****************** location. Staff unhappy, Manager and GM are horrible to deal with. Defensive, rude and argumentative. Do not care about customer service and obnoxious. Not sure how they are getting off with these types of antics given that the location gets poor reviews frequently. No one at Cheesecake Factory corporate seems to be paying attention. Real issue is their location leadership - sets the wrong example and tone in terms of customer service. Corporate should consider changing location management!

We purchased around Christmas $50.00 cards to use towards dining at Cheesecake Factory. The incentive offered was a $15.00 card that could be used at the restaurant. There was an expiration date on the $15.00 card, never mentioned to us and the print on the card is way too small. We were declined on 3/31/2024 the use of two $15.00 cards due to expiration date. We filled out a complaint online immediately with the company and also left a voicemail, no response. I see many other complaints on BBB site that are similar and unresolved.

During dinner, I ordered a drink that was significantly overpriced that was not advertised. This was happy hour time. However, they didnt tell me that I had to be sitting at the bar to even get the happy hour prices. I feel this is false advertisement to not tell their customers that they are not entitled to the same specials, depending on where you sit that was never an option

I am surprised not BBB accredited if informed correctly. The restaurant is great! A+

The service wasnt good..the waitress never came over to see if we needed another drink..she went to the other tables but not ours..all she cared about was big parties cuz more tips..I took my food home and my son tried to finish his with no drink.the service was terrible..I would never go back there again

I have never had an issue with the Cheese Cake Factory . I will be going back .

Customers BEWARE! We came to this location to celebrate our daughter's 7th birthday but instead of getting a nice dining experience I had the pleasure of spitting out a fork full of lukewarm mashed potatoes with a LONG BLACK HAIR intertwined in it. I immediately requested to speak the manager who didn't seem too appalled by what happened so I'm guessing it happens more often than not & his solution was to bring me a different meal and free dessert. Yeah ok! We love the Cheesecake Factory but this was by far the worst & nastiest experience thus far. Common sense would say our meal should be free right? Wrong! Our server came over with the bill smfh. Unreal! I'd sooner eat garbage before I eat here again!
