      they used to be good. I booked many trips and you could always get a live **************** person if needed. Not anymore. they are horrible. you have to have something wrong with you if you book with them. There was credit card issue and when I went to rebook, the fare doubled.

      Terrible, booked a flight. On checkout, the invoice posted only the flight fare total without fees listed. Then after paid the ticket, they charged me additional fees of $40 and $19.95 separately to my credit card. Since they engaged in deceptive business. I cancelled the flight within 24 hours, but they charged me another fee of $50. Made the complain, they insisted on charging. Do not use them, they are scammers, and horrible customer service.

      Horrible service ! Not trusty and not reliable site. They canceled my reservation pretending the bank did not approve the transaction . They called me and tried to sell the same tickets for an extra 2000 dollars. When I called the bank they told me that there wasn't any issue with the charge, so be aware with Cheapoair!

      i booked a flight and i can not get my money back, airport cancel y flight a week before they said i can not change my flight or get a refund that i lost my money. i will have to book a new flight with them and charge me double. basically if the airport do not let you travel and cancel a week in advanced they wont help you or give you a refund

      Terrible service. I booked a flight a while ago to go to ********. Had to change because of issues. Called back and asked for a quote to go to *****. The ticket prices for ***** were $700 per person, which were outrageous. Told them no and asked to switch from ******** on a different date. Saw the email and the representative booked for *****. Called them back and asked to refund my money due to them losing my trust in them. They told me no because they said I authorized, in which I said is untrue. I later asked to show me a recording of me authorizing but did not want to provide. Very bad service.

      Nobody speaks English nothing but scam artist. They want all your information and agree anything before they give you flights. Then they want to s**** y** for $75 for cancer flight. You didn't order and it won't hold your money hi **** until you agree to a service fee.Never use this service. Worst service I have ever used for airplane flights to my life. Surely must be involved in some terrorist activity. Nobody speaks English if they do it's broken horrible horrible horrible company.

      Terrible! I agree that this a terrible to book your flight to. They should replace their business name to "worseoair or terribleOair"This is not cheap to book your flight at all. Better to go directly to main airlines online booking site. The worse is I spent 2 hours making the request to cancel my flight.Two days ago, I was trying to rebook it, however I cannot make a final decision because of my emergency situation. They are charging me $250each passenger In Rebooking. Today i requested to cancel instead. CheapOair kept me waited for over ***************************************** a CANCELLATON FEE OF $250 PLUS THE MAIN AIRLINE Cancellation fee of $100 each passenger. The representative will make excuses to keep you on the phone until your energy and patient is gone so you will end up just to agree with their terms. He keep saying "I"ll be back 2 to 5 minutes to check with my supervisor" which total of 124 minutes!!! What a waste of my time. The worse is that the fee for rebooking and cancellation are almost similar. I end up paying $600 for cancellation fee for 2 passengers. Take note, he said he gave me $100 discount! BTW i am cancelling more than 30 days before the flight date. They get their business going from overcharging the consumer! Imagine with the insurance and other add ons I got from them, i still have to pay $600. So, they get their business going! I would never ever book on this site again. PLS REFRAIN from USING CHEAPOAIR. BEWARE of their site. Pls.

      I booked a return fare from ******* to ******** via cheapair.com. I personally dont want to fly on the small airline company so I chosen the American Airlines and confirmation certification shows the American airline too. I found out they assigned the JetBlue to us when we checked in at the airport, I was shocked! This is big cheating! I paid twice as my friend who bought exact ticket from JetBlue website. JetBlue canceled our back flight yesterday because of the light rain in ******** so I had to spend more money to rent a car driving back to *******. At this point, They probably not even consider to give us partial refund due to the cancellation on their side. Cheapair operates its business like third world country , should be stopped in our lawful country!

      Hi Shouting, I am sorry to read about your experience. Unfortunately, your flight had a last-minute cancellation due to the weather. We did submit your ticket for a refund with the airline due to the cancelation and you should receive a refund for the canceled flight. We understand your frustration, but unfortunately, the decision to cancel the flight was from the airline. Also, we are sorry if there was confusion about your carrier. American and Jetblue have a codeshare agreement. On our site, we display the codeshare by Jetblue. The flight would also appear directly on American Airline's website. We hope to have a chance to better serve you in the future.

      Could not edit a persons name on a tockt so had to cancel because the company is incompetent. They wanted to charge me a cancellation fee when it was their issue not mine. One month later and still havent gotten my refund. Beware of this company and employees cant seem to do their jobs

      This is a terrible company that doesn't care about the people that use their services. We missed a flight for a weekend trip because they forgot to let the airline they booked us through know we needed our times changed. So once we missed our flight they just kept blaming the airline even though they never changed the times for us. Then even though we bought the insurance they said there was nothing they could do. We are out $500 and missed our vacation after being sent from person to person on the phone for 5 hours. Pleave NEVER use this company!
