            I ordered ********************************* the mail. *** tracking (shown on the email sent me) shows it was not given to **** and it was lost on the 5th. Their support lacks a way to call and their email support is awful. First hey argue that the packages have a tracking number (again see the pdf of the email sent when it ships), then they argue the tracking is wrong, then they ask for more time, then back to arguing there is no way to track it, then they insist it was delivered! This is the worst service I have ever seen!
