      I purchased My Attorney Home and Business software made by Nova Development Corp. and paid an additional fee for an extended dowload period. The company did not send me the download code needed to obtain the software so far I have paid them and received nothing. I would like them to send me the code I paid for so I can obtain what I bought. If they won't, I want a full refund of all money paid. - the $2.95 additonal fee along with the $29.99 original fee. and taxes paid

      I paid for a Mac capable software through them: ******* Replay. I was led to believe it would work with **** and it doesn't work with the current system.I was given contact to ******* who said they cannot refund because it was sold through Nova Development. I contacted them several times and they keep pushing me to different departments who say they don't do that and go to another department.

      Student ********** *********************************** (**** or ****) has refused to issue me any sort of an explanation as to why I have not been issued a refund. I used my checking account to pay for the 2023 fall semester on July 31. I canceled my classes on August 18th, well ahead of the last date to drop classes to receive a full which was August 28th. The **** business office does not answer their phone, and does not return phone calls despite numerous voicemails. I even attempted going in person to receive an answer, but the only answer I was given regarding my refund was "the people who issue refunds have not issued you a refund yet." Every follow up question I asked the business office regarding "the people" who issue refunds was met with an "I do not know, they could issue you a refund this week or the next I do not know." I continue to wait. **** does not have another department I can seek a resolution with. This is my only recourse, which I hope will be of some help.

      I brought Virtual Architect Software from OfficeMax on April 1, 2023. After a few days of trying to get the software installed, I call the tech support department. I was informed that I had to pay to get support. Even with help on installation. I tried a few more days to get it installed. I finally decide to apply for a refund. I spoke to a Rep named *****. She sent me the instructions on the refund process. I completed everything and submitted it on April 29, 2023. After noticing that I hadn't received my refund, I reacted out to the company first by phone. I was instructed that I needed to send a refund to ************************************ I received and email back saying the inbox for that email address was full. I found an old email form ***** and I replied to it asking about my email. She responded explaining that the refund process is a lengthy process and instructed me to replay to that email and attach the forms to speed the process up. I send that email, and now I'm getting a reply email stating her email is full and to try again later. I've been trying since July 10 with the same response.

      Purchased this floor plan software yesterday, thinking it could be a good fit for $106. They also list a 90 day money back guarantee on their site (*************************************************************************) so I thought it would be a safe bet. The software crashed constantly despite re-installs, repair operations, etc. So I gave up and decided to cash in the refund. Filled out the *** that they requested on their site for refunds and sent it off to the email listed, **************************************** The email failed as it didn't recognize the email address... It's clear they're just attempting to stop people from getting access to refunds. Did some more research and this seems to be a consistent issue that most people have with 1 star ratings on various sites for scam like activity. Older people would probably have no chance in getting their money back given the hoops you have to jump though. I saw that they're issuing refunds here when complaints are actually filed on the BBB (ridiculous strategy in my opinion), but I'm willing to put in the work to show this company isn't operating on good faith. Order number is: **********. To earn back a modicum of respect and avoid further action I'm asking for a full refund of my purchase. If this is inconvenient for you I suggest being upfront and creating a better system to handle refunds as opposed to forcing customers to report you to the BBB.

      Hi, I purchased this software for it being said to sponsor HGTV and looked so trustworthy.I got it from their website. First time installation had one error, and my serial code was "used" when I tried to install it again. I was in a rush so paid again to get a new code. I issued the refund on 2021/12 and NO REFUND SO FAR. Then, I reinstalled my PC and the software. Turn out the serial code was unable to be used again! It says to be able for 5 advices to use. Total fail and no response by email ever. I'd call it a total fraud. Even the phone service need to PAY to use it. More than 200 USD tricked.

      I purchased software************************** from them in 2017. I got a new solid state drive installed over the weekend & upgraded to **********. As a result, I had to reinstall the software. I got an error message that I had to reregister or I couldn't fully use the program. I wrote them & told them the problem & that I needed a new code. They told me I had to purchase the program ALL OVER AGAIN. I was livid & told them they never told me there was an expiration date on it when I bought it. After raising a fuss, they provided me with a code to unlock the program. I then told them I was having a problem getting ********** drivers & probably had to downgrade back to ********** & would the code work when I did. They would not respond and just ignored me. I wish I had known they blew off customers & treated them this way when I PURCHASED the program. I have my electronic receipt so it's not like I'm trying to get something for free.

      On July 2 I purchase program on the CD from company nova development cost $72.89 was charged to my credit card Four weeks later after not receiving my product I contact nova development via email because their phone number is not excepting calls due to COVID-19 I did receive the response on the email saying I have to wait 6 to 8 weeks before I get my product in the mail due to shipping delays which was not stated on their website on any of the pages or a check out to notified me it's going to take that long to deliver a CD with a software it's been 10 weeks and it's no word or email from nova development to let me know if they ever going to send me anything it is a scam
