            I have never had an account with this company and have repeatedly contacted them to notify they are not authorized to charge my credit card, yet they continue to bill it annually. This being after they tell me the problem is resolved. i have disputed with my credit card company and it is removed only to be charged back at a different date.

            I received a renewal notice email. I called to cancel the service and was met with static that made it almost impossible to hear. The representative was helpful and courteous, but in the end could not cancel my account. Now that seems like a reasonable request; however he wanted to know what credit card I used--some years ago--I had no idea. He sent at least three emails to change my password, since I could not remember it, created several years ago, and not used since! Then he wanted to know the last amount on my credit card bill--I don't think I have received it yet. Finally, he turned me over to another agent. After a unacceptable time, and with that static, I hung up. DO NOT USE IDRIVE! You cannot cancel the service! I'm working with the credit card company to accomplish this SIMPLE cancellation request, since idrive will not make that process easy! I wish there were a ZERO star option!
