MEGA CAPITAL FUNDING *** Amount $505979 Date Opened:4/3/2019 ACCT# *************The credit bureaus keep disrespecting the law . I have showed them multiple times how they are violating the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT .According to 15 USC 168i(15) the credit bureaus have to modify or delete account that are not reporting accurately. According to 15 USC ****b(1) the credit bureaus dont have no written permission According to 15 USC **** have the right to privacy According to 15 USC 168s-2 A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate .(B) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors According to 15 USC **** I have the right to privacy According to 15 USC ****s-2 A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.(B) Reporting Information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency (i) The person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such Notices, that specifies information inaccurate, and (ii) the information is, in, fact, inaccurate. The credit bureaus have no respect for the laws.Someone needs to hold them accountable for this.Initial Complaint

RE: My mortgage loan with Mega Capital Funding, Inc. Loan Number: XXXXXXXXXX XXXXX ******************************** XXXXX I hold a mortgage loan with Mega Capital Funding for my property located at the above address. When the Pandemic hit I lost my job, the Mega Capital offered me a forbearance of up to 1 year and said I would qualify for a Deferment after. I did not go my whole year and decided that I can resume payments. In March of 2021 I called Mega Capital and asked for my loan to be reinstated, which it was and a deferral was processed. I made a payment in April and then in May decided that I was struggling and called the bank to see what my options were. They said I still had time on my year of forbearance and easily placed my loan back on the forbearance program. In September 2021 I called Mega Capital and requested that my loan be reinstated, I also began making payments to show my ability to do so. I have been making monthly payments since September, which have not been reflected on my mortgage statement which currently states that I owe over $******. Since September 2021 (6 months now) I have been calling Mega Capital asking about the status of my reinstatement. I have a high interest rate and would like to refinance but am unable to until this loan is resolved and shows current. I call every single week, wait on hold just to be told my loan is still under review. It has been 6 months now I have escalated this issue several times. I was finally able to reach a supervisor known by ******* at extension **** once I call the loss mitigation department at XXX-XXX-XXXX but the representatives refuse to transfer the call saying she is not available. I leave message after message with no call back. They say I may need to a loan modification with no further information on what is actually required to push this forward. I need this resolved, I need clear guidance of the status of this loan and when it will be placed back to current. I need to know what steps.
