      I have attempted to return a defective product which the retailer (Abbyson Living) is refusing to return or warranty. I purchased their Palermo Wicker Outdoor Chaise (Set of 4; SKU: DL-RLC150-BLK-SET4) for $674.85, which were delivered March 27, 2023. I contacted them three weeks later (April 17, 2023) to return or warranty after the chaise lounge chairs were exposed to the first rain, which resulted in excessive rusting from various parts of the frame (see pictures attached), leaving paver stains that had to be pressure washed to remove. Additionally, the chaise lounge chair webbing/wicker have began unravelling (see picture attached). The retailer responded that the chaise lounge chairs cannot be returned or warranteed since they were marked as "Last Chance." I purchased this chaise lounge chair set since a ****** search of this item yields the statement that there are 30 day returns (see screen shot attached).This clearly is deceptive advertising and business practices. I can see their point if the item was marked "Clearance" or "Final Sale." Marking it as "Last Chance" and not being clear on the product page that the item cannot be returned or warranteed is misleading and deceitful. I acknowledge that elsewhere on their website it mentions that "Last Chance" items cannot be returned or warranteed, though I was relying on what the ****** search page mentioning 30 day returns (see screen shot attached), and the absence of a statement this item's product page that it could not be returned and had no warranty (****************************************************************************************************************** ) , that the items could be returned and/or warranteed.

      Hello, We sincerely apologize for your experience with your Abbyson order. We do always suggest outdoor furniture is covered when not in use especially in heavy rains. Final Sale items are listed at a large discount and for that reason are not eligible for a return. Thank you, Abbyson

      I am rejecting this response because: The frame of the lounge chair rusted after a single rain (and it wasn't at all heavy, as suggested in their response) and is the webbing of the product began to unravel within two weeks unwinding, clearly a defective product. 

      The only acceptable solution is a refund.

      Labeling the product as "Last Chance" is deceiving, should be labelled as "Final Sale" so it's clear there is essentially no warranty offered. Also noting that this "Last Chance" item is available today, months after I ordered the item.

      I purchased a Blue Top Grain Leather recliner from Abbyson in November of 2022, order # *****. The chair is not leather as advertised as it is not durable at all. I should have known when I opened the carton it came in and there was no leather smell you get with leather items, just a plastic smell. The chair is what is called "pleather", a synthetic material, as it is the thinnest material I have ever experienced with "leather". It was advertised as leather and blue, which it is neither. It is more of blueish green color than what is shown on their website as well. I would like 50% of money back for the false advertising since I have already used and destroyed the material on the chair. The picture provided shows the white backing on the material from a minor scrape as well as the color which can be better seen at the bottom of the provided picture.***************************************************************************************************

      Hello *****, We do apologize that you are unhappy with your purchase from Abbyson. ************* Recliner that you purchased is advertised and is made of Top Grain Leather on all seating areas with leather match on sides and back. When you reached out previously, you mentioned that your pets had scratched the leather which our care instructions do advise against. Top Grain leather is softer and more apt to damage from pets. We do offer a limited warranty on manufacturing defects, however the damage described would not fall under that warranty. Thank you, Abbyson

      Purchased this 2019 supposed to be Top Grain Leather Chesterfield Armchair?Peeling on the armrest should not happen to top grain leather, have tried to contact Abbyson was told that I would get a return phone call nothing yet This is false advertising. I have seen many complaints about this company,I recently emailed them to & have not heard back I guess they must feel safe with what they are doing.

High touch points such as armrests can be affected by natural body oils or grooming products which may damage the leather. Abbyson does offer a 1 year limited warranty on manufacturing defects.       I have contacted Amazon, they told me to contact you. If this is top grain leather the peeling should not have happened, therefore this is false advertising
      We have spoken to leather dealers, they believe that this is a mixture of leather and synthetic materials. 
      Please refund, or negotiate a discount.

Abbyson suggests seasonal conditioning especially in warm climates.       I purchased a sectional from **** club on October 11,2022. It was delivered on October 28, 2022. The end recliners were broken. In the paperwork it said to contact the company Abbyson not **** to have it fixed. They are not available to call Monday-Friday. With me working it took me over a week to be able to contact them. Finally I called on 11/7 and was supposed to get an email so I could send pictures of the issue. I had to call back to get the email sent. Finally on 12/30 they said they would send out a furniture repair person to fix it. They came on January 6 and said he is unable to fix it and will let Abbyson know. I contacted them on 1/14, 1/19, & 1/28 and asked what the next steps were since they were unable to fix it. On 1/31 they responded with they will replace both. I emailed them on 2/1 and 2/22 to ask when my replacement will be here and I have gotten no response.

      We purchased a new couch and love seat with white glove service. The furniture arrived dumped in our driveway despite that both my husband and I work from home. No one knocked or called. There was rip on the couch and the apron.skirt underneath the couch was also ripped. We immediately took pictures and contact Abbyson. We sent over pictures not no response. Week(s) later they sent someone out. In the mean time we merely tapped down the rip so that it would not get worse. The bottom line is we have been told that they will not replace the couch since we taped it down? Really? I removed the tape and it is back to the same condition as it was when it arrived. We spent thousands and only want a replacement. Why offer white glove service? Please help us get a replacement. No one is offering to help correct it.

      The couch arrived ripped. I sent photographs immediately. The company never responded for several weeks and because we taped down a rip so we would not be embarrassed when company came over thats our fault? Never received any phone calls from customer service.  Just an email. This is simply not fair. I am at my **** end with everyone passing the buck. I paid thousands for a ripped couch. The company wins but rest assured everyone I talk to every single day will hear about my experience. We are purchasing more furniture for our family room and office but guess who will not be  getting out business. Hope it was worth it.

      On April 3 2022, I bought $5609.29 in patio furniture from Abbyson Living LLC through ******* On April 15 the furniture arrived, and several items were damaged. I reached out to ****** the same day, who connected me with Abbyson. Abbyson agreed to replace the damaged items. Based on their assurance of replacing the damaged items, on April 26 I bought furniture covers ($693.26) directly from Abbyson in order to protect our furniture. Abbyson replaced some of the damaged items on August 18, but failed to replace a damaged chair until October 5. However, the replacement chair also arrived damaged. I again reached out to Abbyson, who said they no longer have any replacement chairs available. The chair was damaged beyond usability, so rather than settling for a damaged or incomplete patio set, I initiated a return on the furniture through ******* However, Abbyson will not accept a return on the furniture covers that I bought from them directly because, by this point, their 30-day return period has passed. This is an unfair business practice because Abbyson waited until long after the 30-day return period to replace the damaged furniture -- with more damaged furniture. I would not need to return the covers if they had sent me undamaged furniture in the first place, or replaced the damaged furniture as promised to me back on April 15. Instead, Abbyson needs to refund me $693.26 for the covers I no longer need.Please find attached:-receipt for furniture purchased from ****** -receipt for furniture covers purchased from Abbyson directly -pictures of initial and replacement damaged items -full email conversation initiated in April, when we first received damaged items -email decision from Abbyson in December, when they rejected our furniture cover return request In addition to the documented email conversations, I have had a few phone conversations with Abbyson customer service reps at ************.

      I bought ******* 5-piece Queen Bedroom Set on 10/14/2021 made by Abbyson ****************************. When furniture was delivered, it was all damaged. I contact Abbyson, and they offer me over $1000 in refunds to keep furniture as is condition. I rejected offer, and I told them, that I want normal undamaged set. I submit all the pictures and info they required. I asked them inspect furniture before they deliver it to me next time.Next furniture set arrived on May 20,2022. They said they forget to inspect it, and new set was the worse than previous one. they took old furniture first, and I reject to take new one. I was left with bed only, because they did not process it correctly and they did not bring new bed on May 20. Delivery damaged my walls. I was told to send the pictures of furniture, which I did. I received email that they offer me refund again on furniture, which I d0 not have. And I asked again to inspect it and bring new one. And I was told they do not have it in stock. They bring me headboard separately, but it was worse than previous one too.On August 16, 2022 I received email to contact Abbyson. Abbyson told me that they are not going to give me new furniture, that can bring me previous set, because it up to manufacture standards, and I will be not happy with it. They have furniture with holes and splitter wood, and they admit that it is not acceptable condition before, and they asked me to that Costco will refund my money for this furniture. I am without furniture since May 20, 2022, furniture price was up twice, and now they refund me money?

      On November 2022 i purchased 4 chairs from Abbyson living. On July 15 2022 I contacted them because tiny hair like fibers were sticking out through the sitting part of the chairs. After numerous calls and emails they finally decided to contact a technician to look at the chairs. On July 22 **** furniture repair contacted me to schedule an appointmentthe schedulewas set for August 12 2022 arival time between2 to 4. On the same dsy if appointedMr ***** contacted me statingthat the appointmentwas canceled and he wasn'tsure why and to contactAbbysonagain to see what was the issue. I proceededby contacting Abbysononce again and they contacted another company. After being back and forth with them I got a text message from ********** stating they received a work order to service furniture from Abbyson. The appointment was set for August 30th of 2022. Mr **** arrived to my property and proceeded to examine the 4 chairs. After about 2 minutes he informed me there was nothing he could do for the chairs because the issues cake from manufacture and that he will proceed with requesting a replacement. After 2 days I received an email from Abbyson stating thery wete not going to issue a replacement because Mr **** stated that the chairs were fine. I immediately contacted Abbyson by phone call and the agent I spoke with informed me thst the report that Mr **** submitted stated that I was the one that asked for a replacement and that to his knowledge the chairs were just fine. I contacted ********** with my concers and what was going on and they told me that I had to ask Abbyson for a copy of the report. And told me that indeed Mr **** did ask for a replacement. Right now I have to different versions of the situation one from Abbyson and another from ********** furniture service. Neither one want to provide a copy of the report to me. And again o did not ask Mr **** to request for a replacement how Abbyson is suggesting. Mr **** took his own decision to do so.

      I purchased 4 chairs on November 2021. On July 15th 2022 I contacted the company in regards to the quality and that the fibers from inside the chairs were sticking out of the sitting part of the chairs. At first they were reluctant on doing anything and were on a way blaming me, so I insisted. They finally agreed to send technician to take a look. I spoke with the technician and he set up the appointment for August 12 2022. on the day before that appointment the technician messaged me stating that Abbyson had canceled that appointment. I contacted Abbyson again and was set up with another technician from Tri county furniture service. This appointment was set up for the 30th of August 2022. Upon arrival and after the technician named **** inspected the chairs he told me that there was nothing he could do for the chairs because the issues with them are from manufacturer and that he'd proceed to ask for a replacement. 2 days later Abbyson sent an email stating they were not going to issue a replacement. I spoke to them and they are saying i was the one that asked******** to issue or asked for a replacement. I contacted Tri County and they indeed very that******** did ask for a replacement. But not because i ask him. At this point both companies are providing me with different stories and Nor Abbyson or Tri county want to provide me with a copy of the report.

You and your company are well aware that you have thos white hair like fibers as part of the sitting cushions. So I need you to have another technician come in because you are very wrong.

      Dear Abbyson Living, I purchased one of your chairs from ****** this past November and the frame just broke during normal use. The receipt is attached as well as photos of the broken frame (the back cross beam that the legs screw into broke) and below is a link to the product at **********. Your website states the following regarding frames: FRAME - 3 YEAR: Warranty applies to Upholstery hardwood frames. These are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship, materials and construction for THREE (3) years from the date of delivery. This warranty does not include frames for beds, headboards and the like. Defects in workmanship and material are defined, for the purpose of this warranty, as causing the product to be unsound structurally or mechanically, or substantially altering the appearance of the piece. This warranty does not cover normal everyday use and does not apply to defects resulting from misuse, accident or negligence, or improper installation or handling by delivery service.
