I purchased a set of sofas back in September 2019. I purchased the Braylen Leather Sofa and Loveseat, and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the material. As shown in the pictures, the condition of the leather is extremely poor. The sofa had less than two years of normal use, and the supposed "top-grain leather" held much worse than some of the low quality bonded leathers I have seen. I just do not understand how top-grain leather can start peeling after less than two years of use. In fact, the issue started just after about a year. I purchased the item with an understanding that top-grain leather will be much more durable and higher quality than other options. We used the sofa with care and never used any harsh chemicals. I tried making contacts with the business, but I have not received a response from them.Business response
