Just secured my ************** Our account representative, **** was fantastic. He took the time to explain the various options and answered all of our questions. I was so satisfied with the professionalism at Goldco that I have made multiple purchases. They always respond quickly and are extremely knowledgeable. I'm new to the precious metals investments and my representative takes his time to explain any questions I have about the process. I was deeply impressed with the time, Goldco Agents were willing to spend with me, as I transitioned my thinking about the Asset Preservation of my 401 & 403 Accounts.I am a 'plodder' and take my time in diligent research before I step into unknown areas of finance.Therefore, when it came time to 'pull the trigger' and move a portion of my 401 & 403 Accounts into a Precious Metal IRA...I was deeply convinced that this was the correct move for me...The recent gyrations in the Stock Market in August 2024, brought to light, the fragility of having my assets only in stocks and bonds.Once I called Goldco with my decision...it began a painless and rather simple process, in which they walked alongside me during every facet of the process of transferring funds from my 401 & 403 accounts...and then helping me to work through the issue of what percent of each precious metal, with which to fund my Precious Metal IRA.Truly, this has been an interesting journey...and in hindsight...I regret not doing this earlier.Thank you again Team...for making this process so easy.Semper fi,**** ****Review from Louis B

The representative wasnt 100% forthcoming in regards to the free silver and none of the fine print was either. The only way to claim the free silver was to invest in premium bullion which for silver was almost 3 times spot price. The representative was also very insistent that I buy premium bullion over common bullion even though that wasnt my investment strategy. I assume Goldco gets a much greater commission on premium bullion and thats why they push it so hard. In any case, if I decide to buy more precious metals In the future, Ill likely use a different company and certainly a different representative. Beware anything free regarding Goldco.Review from Gary L

Very much enjoyed the professional manner in which this process was conducted. Ease of execution, with Goldco was outstanding from the initial contact, withdrawal and transfer of funds, and procurement of the silver started.Only disappointment was the length of time it took Ameriprise to send the check! Still await one more transfer from **********, but the ease of this process was very much appreciated.Review from Michelle R
