      The products purchased do not match the website photos. These products are cheap costume jewelry at best. They will not allow you to return rings only exchange for a different size. This is even the case when the customer is truly unhappy with the quality of the product. The earings I bought are defective and I would still have to pay for shipping back to them for damaged product. The bracelet is so cheap and tiny you can't even clasp it. Total garbage products, terrible customer service and terrible policies. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

      I ordered from them and yet to receive an email with tracking information or anything. I wouldve hate to bad have spent money for nothing.I got the initial Order confirmation but not anything else.

      On 3/29/2023 and 4/3/2023 respectively I received 2 rings. Today 6/26/2023 I contacted them regarding missing stones from both rings. I have no idea when the 3/29 ring lost its stone accent. The 4/3/23 lost its stone on 6/26/23 **************** said I was beyond the 60 day return policy and would do nothing. TWO RINGS that have become worthless junk in less than 90days. I'm not impressed and sorry I spent the money.

      I am rejecting this response because: they are taking no responsibility for their less than adequate merchandise. A $25 gift certificate only compensates me for a portion of what I spent. The merchandise still fell apart only slightly past their 60 days and that was the point.

      I sent an order to the business to purchase a butterfly ring and never received the item. I only received a gift item of a Blue ******** My order number is XXXXXXX. Item was ordered on 12/28/2021. I would like the item sent to me and if not then my credit card refunded the money.
