I know Mr. ****** the attorney I'm filing the claim against, so he asked if I wanted him to handle my claim for the repairs of my vehicle and I agreed. This took place in August XX XXXX because he was out of town and it was till then when he asked for all the information and sent me with his friend ****** ******* to fix my car. When I dropped off my car on ********* XX XXXX at XXXXX ******* ** unit J North ********* ** XXXXX ***** told me that the estimate for the damages will be around ****** for sure less than ****** he suggested not to fix the car and keep the money because it seemed like the car was drivable and I could use the money to buy tires, it seemed it was time to change them. I left my car he gave me his car to drive, plate number ******* And on September 18, 2020 he brought my car to a park near his business and I gave him his car. He briefly told me he changed the bumper never gave me a receipt or explained in detail what he "fix" or the exact estimate of the repairs. I notice the lower bumper was black and my car color is a different color. I asked why and he replied by saying that that's how they come and every car has it like that. I told him my original bumper matched my car. After this he said he needed to replace the air filter that I needed to bring the car back to his shop. I never got an update from him nor from Mr. ******* after I asked both of them what was going on with the claim Mr. ****** called me, yelling and calling me names, using the word nasty I believe what I did was I was inquiring about the status of my case. This happen on October 13th 2020. I have the text to back up what I'm saying. ***** came close to my place to change the air filter and to tell me I would be getting around ****** **** from the check because the bumper and the repairs he worked on my car. I asked why he didn't communicate the details. I waited and never received any updates never an email from Mr. ****** regarding my case. Have more to say.
