      I purchased a GAP insurance policy #GPX0526418 for a Harley VIN #*****************.The polcy was canceled at the dealership by ********************* on 10/24/2023 (see attachment) .The return premium check should have been in the amount of $354.84.I kept emailing the dealership about the status of this check and all I was told several times was it needed approval from the company controller. It has been 6 months since the cancellation.After continuous delaying by the dealership, I contacted the insurance company in December, 2023 directly and was given the total amount of the refund, and when the check was sent to the dealership.To date I have not received a follow up response or a check for the refund.

      Dealer advertised price for a motorcycle. I applied and was approved for finance. I contacted dealer to schedule an appointment and they said the price was a mistake. The person (goes by *****) a finance manager, then stated they should honor the mistake but needed a manager to call me. I was never called. When I tried to reach out I was told nobody was available. During regular business hours i was told there was nobody in management, finance, or sales. Only a lone receptionist in parts department. When I threatened to make a complaint suddenly I was transferred to ***************************** the General Manger. He rudely stated that there was nothing he could do and the bike was no longer on the site. I took screen shots of the original add and my approval confirmation for the bike as well as the stock number and price. He rudely stated he could not say anymore and his lawyers would get involved.

      I purchased a ********** to which I wanted to add an aftermarket bar/risers to and upon signing a deal with them it was put in with the loan and added to my monthly payments! **** had no issue putting the deal together and will call when parts got in for installation! A few weeks past and finally got the call to which I asked how long will it take to install and they responded a day so I made an appointment. Dropped it off just find out that they we're missing a part (bar) and that it was backed order and had to wait again! Never received a call from them so I called and found out that the bar was in! Dropped off the bike at 8:30am and was hoping it will be finished end of day! Went there after work 2:30pm to pick it up and was told that they needed a different speedometer for the install to work and that it was going to cost some money! After some back and fort with **** he agreed to take care of the cost! Issue resolved so now they just have to put it together. Again I asked how long it's going to take and they said by the end of day but couldn't wait for it so I told them I will come by tomorrow to pick it up! To which they assured it'll be good to pick up by 10am! Went there on my lunch at 12pm just to be told that they had another issue (break lines) but should be done by 2:30pm! They had explained that the bike needs a different type of lines and that they have to special order them and was going to take a week! (How do they not know this prior to selling the add on to the bike?!) Waited 4 hours at their shop so that they can put the bike back together to which the new bar was installed but not the riser! Bike shows up and the bar wasn't properly installed, missing phone mount, and washer from hand guard! Rode home with a crooked bar! Checked the bike around and saw that my new bar was damaged and so are my turn signals! The following day my bike was pick up that was 3-4 weeks ago! After all the ** bikes finally finished and now they want to charge me for it!

      I brought my bike into Harley to fix a warranty covered item on June 27th. I was told the item needed is on back order until mid August then I found another harley dealership that had it and would send it to Mulholland. I let Mulholland know and they said the part was no longer back ordered on July 9th. Today, July 20th, I was told part is now backordered again until at least 7/29. I found the same other Harley (*******) that would be willing to send the part. Mulholland is now refusing to get it from them saying once a part is ordered they cannot cancel it. So instead of getting the part by tomorrow, they are making me wait another 2 weeks at minimum while I pay for a bike that I cannot have. They are holding my bike hostage now and I cannot get the problem resolved.

      I bought a new motorcycle from this dealership I also bought *** insurance But because I paid motorcycle in full in December 1 st of 2021 Since December I submitted a request for refund on remaining monies from gap insurance that I paid in full at time of motorcycle purchase I have called dozens of times email them and they always tell me be patient we are working on it But originally they told me it would take tree weeks Up to today NO refund yet

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/05/03) */ I am the new GM at ********** Harley-Davidson. This is my first encounter with this issue. I confirmed that the *** policy was cancelled back in March but we have not received payment from *** yet. I have authorized that a check be cut from my accounting department and sent to Mr. ****. The new Management team at ********** Harley-Davidson acted very quickly and in good faith to get Mr. **** his refund. We hope he can take that in to consideration and take down his 1 star review on Google. Because he states that new management team Acted quickly To respond to my situation And that was not the case At he beginning of April I spoke to his assistant ******* He said he was working on it I just called *** insurance again They said check was mailed out February 8 He also mentioned that they called the dealer left them message but no one ever returned the call to *** insurance Check was mailed to XXXXX ************************** XXXXX A guy name **** in finance also at the beginning of April Said I agree with you I am going to have them write a check and overnight it to you Why would he say that if he didn't have the money back from *** insurance company? Before April I called *** insurance company And they confirmed that had sent the check to Harley davidson They even called the dealership to see if they could find our what the problem was

      Paid cash for a new motorcycle and the dealership put a lien holder on it and have not release my title to me after many request to do so. I don't want to have to put this matter to an attorney to go legal action but I am ready to sue if need be ! all I want is my title so I can go on my way. The cashier check even says "do not put lien holder"
