      In early August 17th, 2022 I attempted to load $25 on my presto card, this amount was withdrawn from my bank account on the same day (I have the email confirmation for this charge from Presto). However, the $25 never showed up on balance for my Presto card (I have the list of transactions). Once I noticed this issue, I called in three separate times in order to have this issue resolved In September and October, however, nothing was done. On November 3rd, 2022 a refund of $25 was finally issued, however, the refund was taken from my existing presto balance, the balance where my initial $25 never showed up. I called again on November 8th, 2022 and nothing has been done to resolve this issue and I have received no follow-up despite specifically asking for an email to be sent to me during my last call. Four months is a more than adequate amount of time to resolve such a simple issue and the fact that Presto has still been unable to resolve this overcharge is unacceptable. As it is quite obvious to me that Presto does not care about its customers, I am hoping that his complaint will finally result in getting my money back.

We are a trucking company in *********** Based on the complaint filed I did some research and found that there is a "presto card" for a bank in ****** and that is surely the company that this consumer was trying to make a complaint against. ***************************** Please remove this complain from our profile.       Besides charging $**** more than quoted and destroying our property, the third party company they use for claims ignored some of the property that was claimed. Presto damaged a Quad and a sofa, both of which they packed. We expect compensation for this damage.

As for the damages, we have a 3rd party claims department that handles the processing of the claims and they tell us what we are legally required to pay you as a settlement. After that settlement was offered by them and you wrote your review we reached out to see what we can do to satisfy the situation. Unfortunately it didn't seem like we were going to be able to come to a common ground. We understand that there were issues with your move, we are more than happy to discuss and come to an amicable resolution. Please let us know how you would like to move forward.
