I placed an order for 3 pairs of woman's Hoka sneakers on 4/25/2023. It was a buy 2, get 1 free offer but was limited to the style/color they had available. Total price $238.00. On 5/7/2023, I was told that all the sneakers were out of stock & asked if I'd like to chose another sneaker. I said no, and asked for a full refund. They then said they had one pair available & had processed them and placed them in the mail. They issued a refund for the other pairs. The sneaker I ordered was a womens size 8 1/2. What arrived was a Mens size 7 1/2. They did not fit. I contacted Hungdiy & asked how I could return & receive a refund (of $119.00) . Since 5/8/2023, they have continually told me that a return would be too difficult & costly ($30.00) and offered me refunds of 15% and when I refused, then 30%. They will not provide an address to return these sneakers. They suggested I gift them or sell them myself.Business response

Please stop sending these letters to me. I've reached out to you and was told that I would no longer receive these complaints.
Why you ask? Well for one, the address to which these letters are sent (**********************************************************) is my private residence.
Secondly, I have no idea who HUNGDIY is. I've never heard of them (other than the hate mail you send to my home), and have no idea what business they are in, or how they got my address.
In any case, I would really appreciate no longer receiving this type of correspondence. I'm sorry for whatever these customers are going through, but this has nothing whatsoever to do with me or my family.

I am rejecting this response because:The person who responded to the complaint says he has no involvement and is at a different address from where the product in question was mailed from. The sneakers I received were from **************************** at **********************************************************************************. He is the person you should reach out to to resolve this complaint. I realized this is a scam. I just hope you can stop it from happening to other people. Thank you.

Placed order for boots on website. They advertise free returns. I emailed them to get return info and they are over and over trying to convince me how difficult and expensive it will be for me to exchange for another size instead of trying to do what they say and offer a refund or exchange and help me do that.Business response
