      June 28, 2022 this **mpany installed solar on my home. I took a $44,300 solar loan and a $99,901.50 home improvement loan. The solar was NEVER activated. The owner kept giving me the run around. Finally I **ntacted DWP, they informed me they have no information in regards to solar on my home address. I then **ntacted building and safety to find out a permit was never even pulled to install the solar. I then **ntacted the solar **mpany again to inform them I spoke to whom I needed to and found out nothing has been done. Now we fast forward to October 11, 2022. Solar *** claims they are getting the plans and then will pull permit. Oct 14,2022 permit was pulled. Oct 19, 2022 solar ** sends someone to inspect equipment to see what has actually been done, he claimed everything needed to be labeled before building and safety can inspect. Jump to Nov 22, 2022 building and safety to inspect. claims a few changes needed to be made. Dec 5, 2022 installer **mes to make some changed the city needed. Never heard from this **mpany again. Nobody will answer my calls or text. I pay 585.18$ since June 2022 plus my power ***** **** 622.02$ on a home improvement loan. Both loans were funded by ****************** direction to Enerpower, Energon, Energon, all the same **mpany.

      This company sold ** the solar panels on July 28, 2022 and opened a loan for us for $ 30K and I'm supposed to have an estmated 7K tax credit. The panels were installed on August 12, 2022. Since then, the system has not turned on and every time I called the company they always say they are working on it and they will try to schedule the main panel to upgrade to be compatible with the solar panel they installed. They have not or won't give me an exact date. I've been paying for the loan for four months while we're waiting for the system to turn on so that it will not ruin my credit.

      DATE OF TRANSACTION OCCURRED SEPTEMBER *******. TOTAL COST IS $27,172.38 IN PAYMENTS OF $157 MONTHLY. THE BUSINESS COMMITTED TO ME WAS $7000 IN REBATE, AND LOWERING MY UTILITY BILL, WHICH HAS NOT BEEN REDUCED. THE NATURE OF THIS DISPUTE IS WE HAVE TRIED CONTACTING THIS COMPANY AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE. WE HAVE BEEN TO THE BUSINESS SIGHT IN ********* BUT IT IS ONLY A RENTAL SPACE. OUR BILL IS STILL VERY HIGH. NO ONE SHOWED US OR EXPLAINED HOW THIS WORKS. WE CANNOT REACH THE BUSINESS SO THEREFORE WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. AS FAR AS AN ACCOUNT NUMBER I DO NOT SEE ANY THING ON THE ***** WORK. I ALSO NOTICED THE NAME OF THE COMPANY IS ENERPOWER BUT ON OTHER ***** WORK IT IS WRITTEN AS ****** HOLDING **** I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AND HOW I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. I HAVE ALSO NOTICED THAT SOME OF THE ***** WORK IS IN MY NAME AND OTHERS ARE IN MY DAUGHTERS NAME AS WELL ***********************. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND AND TO CLOSE THIS COMPLETELY.

      I had solar panels installed by **********Energon in April of 2022; they installed the physical panels very quickly but then they had to go get permits from the city and that took a few months. The city swapped out the panel for a solar one and the installer commented that it didn't look like the panels were working as they were turned on and nothing was flowing to the panels. I called and emailed every day for over a month - my sales person, main office, owner etc. and never got a response. I went to the supposed head quarters and it was closed, the phone number was turned off and no one has answered me. I have now reached out to the manufacturer and still not received any help. I have emails, text messages and phone logs. My panels are still not working as of Oct 27, 6 months after installation and 4 months after I started paying for them.

      Installation occurred 4/2022 I have permission to operate. Was told that the number of panels i have I would cover my average electricity usuage and not have to pay dwp. I had to pay *** **** last month. I was promised ******* login to monitor my panels. This was part of paid package that I am paying off ******** Was promised ***** upon signing contract but i was I could not collect until August 2022. I have been contacting this company constantly i have a long list of followups and emails. They dont return calls. I am trying to get *** **** to me and my ******* log in for our monitoring system. Thats all I want. If you need to contact me for more details please email me as i have at least 2 pages of followups and unkept promises from this horrible company. I am also in constact with ******************* and they have not helped with this problem either. Appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you ****** ****

      A sales rep by the name of ****** sold me solar panels for 2 of my homes. After 5 months of trying to get status after signing all the finance paperwork, the work is not completed and I am getting sued by the company that manufactures the panels because "EnerPower" never paid them for the panels. They ruined my walls when they attempted to upgrade my electric panels and no one returns my calls. The sales rep texted me that she no longer works for the company and believes there is illegal transactions being done.

I took out a loan and I am paying a loan for a solar panel that is not even working. On top of that I received a mechanic lien from a company: one source distributors, **** According to a recent letter I received from One source distributors, Enerpower has not paid them **** ****** however I am already making my monthly payments for the loan I took to pay for Enerpower solar panels. So, not only the solar panels are not working yet because they say that inspectors are not available. I am paying for a loan to a bank, but Enerpower has gotten the money but has not paid One source distributors for he sum of ** K and I am now with a risk for loosing my house because of this ********* ***** How is that even possible?

      Some months ago, ************* solar company installed panels on my roof, then opened a line of credit with ********** ************ which later became ********** ************ In addition to destroying a part of my property and then never fixing it, they promised to activate the system and never ended up showing up. Their phone number is also disconnected, and there is no way for me to contact anyone at this company other than my sales rep. who just continues to make promises that don't end up being kept. I do not want anything to do with this company, as they are extremely ********** and I do not trust them to uphold their end of the ******** which is to fulfill basic maintenance needs.

      On June 13, 2022, I signed a contract via ******** to purchase new solar panels From ********* ****** ***** *** XXXXXXXXX. The sales representative stated that they were working with the state to help more people get solar panels for less. They assured me that they would take care of canceling my existing solar panel lease with ****** They installed new panels that do not work and have not passed *********** I am having to pay Sunlight Financial ******* for panels that are not properly connected. In. addition, I am having to deal with ***** for lack of payment. I have been trying numerous times to reach out to ********** but the phone number listed on their website is not taking calls or has been disconnected.

      I signed up for a solar system. Approved for ******** The company pressured me for the install and when they showed up they didn't finish. 2 months later they keep giving me the run around and not returning calls. System still not completely installed. I figured I would start by contacting BBB.
