Avoid this company (aka Enerpower) at all costs. They are a complete scam and will quickly sign you up for a loan but won't actually complete the solar installation and will eventually ghost you without warning. I have half-installed panels that I've been paying for six months, and the multiple contacts I have at Enerpower refuse to answer texts or calls. I'm now in the process of taking legal action and have to pay a different solar company to complete the installation. I should have read their reviews before working with them. Don't make the same mistake I did!Review from Keith H.

Beware! They are also using the name Enerpower! Same BS company. Had panels installed the first week then nothing has happened after that. It's been over two months. Can't get ahold of anyone at the business. I hired an attorney at this point.Review from Alex B

Wouldn't take no for an answer. Called week after week when I told them I wasn't interested. I initially just wanted to know the price but they refused to give it to you without a long meeting. Then when I said thanks I'm not interested, they called weekly and then wouldn't stop. If you didn't pickup they would repeat the call instantly. Also tried to convince me to get it asap by claiming new rules but twisted the info to make it seem much more urgent.Review from Bye

Please beware! I had called Luis to cancel my potential order because of an incident that occurred at our home which made us think we might move. I texted and left a message on his phone. He refused to cancel my order and then proceeded to call me weeks later telling my I was 'passed *** cancelation date'. We woke up to people on our roof WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION attempting to install panels even after we told them we were not interested. Atrocious communication and they will literally show up at your house uninvited trying to push sales. They will call 5 times in a day while you are working, keep you doors SHUT.Review from MRS. B

When something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. The sales rep for ENERGON urged us to sign a contract in late Dec 2019 "so we could get the 30% tax rebate". He led us to believe that we could claim it on our taxes and be compensated. Based on this rebate is why we chose to go solar. When the system was installed and up and running early 2020, the loan documents reflected only a 26% tax rebate. Now we are paying on a loan that is higher than we bargained for. The amount of $ that was billed for this Solar System is grandiose...... Way over priced. Don't let them sell you on the Rebate Trap!
