I purchased treatment packages from orange twist in calabasas, in 2019 received two.they are valued at around ***** .then Covid hit.I was so happy to go back.went for Botox , Wjen I went back there were nee employees that weren't trained properly.they kept asking me what to do. They did not know how these packages worked.after going over them . I would schedule for another facial again a new manager ,nee nurse ,and esthetician.not knowing how these packages worked.adlimg me.all I could tell them is what I purchased, and what I used Smd what I have left.finally I go back again a new manager new aesthetician .asking me if I could help them figure out my packages.i mean I was so frustrated I emailed them that I would like to speak to a supervisor.they held off and yep new girls tried to figure out my packages .they confused everything. I demanded to speak to a regional.i get an email from the regional manager suing I have only nine units of botox.never called me to discuss my packages and go over them with me.she just emailed me I used them all up.how is it possible to to use up 2ipl 4clear and brilliant 2microneedling on 3 months.they just opened back up.how could they cheat me out if my invested money in this treatments.i have the right to get what I paid for.and the respect to the regional manager to talk and hear my side rather than an employee that's only been there one month.alli want is the treatments I paid for, I have receipts of everything I use, and everything I have left. please help me from being cheated out of my money or treatments. thank you.Business response
