I signed up for a subscription from this company, and received 2 boxes in a timely manner according to the set schedule, then in October of 2021 I was charged for a subscription box by this company and never received the box. I tried to contact the owner Abby Bolt via her business email, the website, Facebook messenger and on her Facebook page, and her TikTok account. I have several friends that the same thing happened to. They were charged and never received their box. I disputed the charge with my bank and received my money back. I also canceled my subscription at that time. Now, January 14, 2022, I was just charged for another box! I have a confirmation email stating my subscription was canceled! I again tried to contact them to no avail. They need to be shut down.Customer response
