      If I could leave 0 stars I would! My uber eats order was missing half of the order. I contacted customer service and they were just as horrible. Couldn't get anyone to speak to me through chat, they just kept sending me emails. They wouldn't refund me. Therefore, I was forced to pay the entire amount. Then there is no corporate number anywhere online to speak to someone of authority, to submit this complaint. I HATE that I ever used this traffling company.

      Took over an hour to get my order. Driver made several stops before me. Food was cold and if you try and cancel the order, they charge an outrageous fee. They have basically no customer service.

      Uber mishandled use of funds and did not provide honest representation for the use of their services. I was robbed due to their inadequacy. Uber does not provide a customer service telephone number and their customer service representatives will only respond via online chat. This chat does not allow customers to address their disputes appropriately. Their system boots you out and/or deletes messages that the customer is attempting to send.

      This company has a very clear disinterest for customers with severe food allergies and greatly lacks accountability. 5 occasions I have had food delivered that was meant to be dairy free, and 2 times I have accidentally consumed the food and ended up paying to visit an Emergency Room. The customer service is all foreign call centers, there's no customer to provider basis, this company will steal your money with a smile, and tell you to figure it out when there's a potential life threatening issue steming from their services. Another issue with this company is they do not care whether your food even arrives or if the driver takes it and forces you to foot the bill.I will not use this company ever again, nor do I trust them with my bank information anymore, I'm currently in limbo with my bank trying to get a refund after listening to 9 chat bots dismiss every single issue I had.

      They charged me more money then it was it was $85 but they charged me $30 dollars over and I dont have money they toke my last cent and I need each and every dime of it bsck

      Typical disconnect from the world. The app for food delivery is awful. Messed up delivery address a d within 5 seconds of order, I tried to correct to no avail. **************** was useless. Then they upcharged me foe the order because they had the wrong address. Chatting with agents was more insane since no one could help and their AI bot out chatted a real agent which was comical and infuriating I cannot wait for any service provider to pick up this business model and win.

      My complaint is with Uber Eats... I ordered a cooked pepperoni pizza. Uber Eats delivered me a uncooked pepperoni pizza for the oven. I have no way to cook it. They delivered the wrong item and when I contacted them for a refund due to there incompetence, They said I can't get a refund.... Wicked mest up. They just straight up stole my money.

      I never got my full order. I told the driver immediately when I saw him and then called him. I then sent a picture to Uber eats saying I never got the lamb chops and they still wont refund me

      I set up a ride to the PHX airport a day prior and experienced issues with safety, being on time and loss of money. To start: The driver was late due to his own inability to use GPS. After the driver located my wife and I, the back cargo area is opened and crowded with open cases of beer/alcoholic beverages and water bottles which began falling out and rolling on the ground, delaying us even further. He appeared to possibly be intoxicated in his behaviors and his pupils appeared dilated. Once we were on the road he was using his phone while driving and runs a red light but ends up stopping nearly in the middle of the intersection so the adjacent vehicle on perpendicular to us with the right of way can proceed through their green lightthis couldve have a been a fatal T bone collision. Once on the freeway he was swerving and driving erratically with speeds up to 90 MPH in a 65 MPH zone, also tailgating vehicles ahead of us all while its raining. I had to tell the driver to pay attention to his driving and stop talking as my wife and I were were becoming increasingly fearful for our safety. Near the airport he had a hard time following GPS and I had to tell him where to turn; one of the final left turns he almost missed and ********* the left turn lane and regular lane to the right, again stopping too far into the intersection. Due to being late my wife and I missed our flight, requiring us to reschedule our flight and to pay for another ride home and a ride back to the airport the next day. This predicament required us to absorb the financial liability that cost 3 times the amount of what it should, approximately $240 rather than $80. This was by far beyond bad service and presents a safety and financial liability. Uber responded to this issue with a $10 credit for Uber eats disregarding our safety and money spent. I will no longer be using Uber and will be seeking resolution to this matter.
