I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to file a dispute regarding a recent issue I encountered with a Pedal Commander product purchased through Amazon. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company, they have chosen not to take ownership of the problem. Thus, I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter. I acquired a Pedal Commander for Toyota Tacoma Gen 3 2021 through Amazon. Unfortunately, the product proved to be defective and caused significant issues with my vehicle's performance. Initially, I found the product to be of limited utility and kept it installed but inactive in my vehicle. However, a few weeks ago, while driving home from the highway, my car suddenly lost all power, necessitating a tow to safety. Upon investigation, it was determined that the Pedal Commander was the root cause of the issue. Once removed, my car resumed normal functioning. Despite my attempts to address the matter with Pedal Commander directly, they have failed to take ownership and have not provided any resolution. Therefore, I am turning to your organization to facilitate a fair resolution.

I have had several dangerous experiences with the pedal commander. The pedal commander causes the vehicle to go into limp mode causing the vehicle to loose most of its power. This happened to me twice on the expressway almost causing an accident both times. Not to mention that I had my family in the vehicle both times. Sent the pedal commander pack to pedal commander for an update and it worked fine for a while then the same thing happened again.I called pedal commander and I explained what happened and how their product is dangerous. They asked me to send it back for an update. But I said I would return the item and no longer want it back because I am not willing to risk the chances of this happening again with my family. I asked for a refund and they denied it. I want a full refund. This company put my family and I in danger the least they could do is give me my money back.

pedal commanders are junk! i’ve been getting so bad of gas mileage on eco mode with the pedal commanders like the best i would get would be 11mpg on ECO MODE, and then all of a sudden my car keep dying and idling super low, had no idea what was going on, brought it to my good mechanic friend.. he told me that the pedal commander was causing my car to run too rich and it was ruining the o2 sensor and my truck.. and he also told me there where like 20 codes on my truck.. he took off the pedal commander and all the codes went away AND my trac lights, so i know for a fact that it was the pedal commander.. but after i took it off i was getting 18 MPG and my truck was running perfect. i don’t know if i just got a faulty model or what.. has anyone have had this issue??

This business fraudulently sold me a compromised product then when I returned it they said I was trying to get a double refund and supposedly had doubles of their product.
