This is in regard to a Full Throttle Battery I purchased on 9/18/2021. The Website clearly indicates an "Outstanding Warranty" of a 4-year full replacement. When I reached out because mine is useless after 2 years and 3 months, they tell me they can't help and i need to go to the reatailer. The retailer says they don't handle any of the warranty and send me right back to the manufacturer. I'm finally able to get ahold of someone in the warranty department and they say my specific battery only has a 2 year warranty. I tell them I don't see 2 years mentioned anywhere on their site, and i feel that it's deceptive. They reply saying their website is not deceptive because the 4 years is for other batteries and they website is "simplified." They ignore my request for an exception or some type of assistance.Initial Complaint

I purchased batteries with a warrantee. I have been trying to get in touch with a representative from the company for several weeks and no one has called me back.
