I started my Debt Consolidation in 2022 with New Era. They were professional and very helpful getting me set up. Jan. 2024 was my last payment and I am happy to say all that debt is paid off!!! The people at New Era were very helpful and easy to talk to and reach.Review from Mary C

Great experience!! I was a bit skeptical and of course overwhelmed and scared when I contact New Era Debt Solutions to help me out. But everyone I spoke to was polite and very professional. Whenever I called, the reps explained information very thoroughly. The monthly statements were easy to read and let me know exactly where I stood. I saved at least $5,000 to $6,000 by the time I was finished paying everything off.Review from Adrienne D

I have only just started the process but every single person I have dealt with so far has been amazing. Let’s be honest you’re never at a good place in your life when it comes to this and everyone I’ve talked to has made me feel comfortable and at ease that they’re going to help me through it. What seemed like a hopeless situation now has me feeling optimistic and like I have an amazing family of experts behind me to help me along the way.Review from Audrey P

In the summer of 2021, I increased my monthly payments by $300 a month. My loan was originally scheduled to be paid off in January, 2024. I then asked the rep how much sooner my account would be paid in full, she told me August, 2022. In later conversations with other reps and managers, I was first told April, 2023, then June, 2023. I just kept getting the run around. I don't like being lied to, and was very upset that several reps (and managers) could not get their stories straight. Obviously, communication is not a priority in their company. When I first signed up with New Era, everything was great. But about half way through, things just went south. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.Review from Kevin K
