A******** ****** has been my fiduciary for over 4 years now. She has not one time contacted. When my father passed he left me 3.2m and his pos sister transfered it to a******** ******. I contested the trust before ever know the amount as it was not what my Dad wanted or intended it for as we had discussed this before his pass while i cared for him for 6 months. A******** has no soul as before the vourt hearing she convinced me to hire an equal pos robert baskin. This demon was retained for 22.5k CASH TO DISOLVE THE TRUST but his only concern was making sure a******** kept her job as he flat out stated in mediation. Ladt year i wsd told that is a conflict of interest as HE WAS HER PREVIOUS ATTORNEY. SHE NOW PAYS HER HUSBAND WHO ALSO A SCAM ARTIST TO REPRESENT HER. A******** AND HER HUSBAND SOLD MY CHILDHOOD HOME IN A 7 DAY SHORT SALE FOR 200K UNDER VALUE WITH LESS THAN 30 DAYS NOTICE! SHE REFUSED TO CONTACT ME, I HAVE TO GO TO THE OFFICE WITH SHERRIF DEPUTIES OUT OF FEAR SHE WILL MAKE MORE LIES UP ABOUT MY REQUESTS. IVE BEEN HOMELESS NOW FOR OVER 2.5 YEARS AND HAVE NOT RECIEVED ONE DOLLAR. SHE HAS NOT MADE MY REGISTRATION ON TIME ONCE AND TAKES THE MONEY OUT OF THE TRUST. EVERYTIME I CALL THEY CHARGE ME AND IVE ASKED HOW WHEN THEY DO NOT PERFORM THEIR DUTIES. SHE HAS EMPTY ALL MY FATHERS STOCKS AND BONDS AND PUT IT IN SOME BANK ACCOUNT. SHE HAS MANIPULATED MY MOTHER SEVERAL TIMES. HER HUSBAND TOLD ME IM NO LONGER ALLOWED TO CONTACT HER WHICH THE SHERRIFS LAUGHED AT AS THEY SAID I HAVE OFFICIAL BUSINESS WITH A********. SHE ALSO WILL NOT PROVIDE ME AN ACCOUNT, NEVER ANSWERS ANY EMAILS YET CONTINUES TO CLAIM SHE DOES. THE NEW GIRL JUST TOLD ME THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE MY CORRECT PHONE NUMBER IN THEIR SYSTEM AND THEY PAY MY CELL OHONE BILL. THEY HAVE MADE COUNTLESS LIES ABOUT EMAILS BEING RETURNED YET THEY HAVE SENT ME OTHERS BEFORE WHEN THEY ACTUALLY TYPE IN MY EMAIL ADDRESS. SINCE THEN I HAVE CREATED A SPECIAL EMAIL FOR HER AND SHE STILL DOES NOT RESPOND. CONARTISTS!Initial Complaint

I have a Special Needs Trust set up with Probate Services / A******** ****** I continuously have a hard time getting a response to my questions or concerns this is now the fourth time it is taking months for me to get a response/ reply I've sent emails and call the office speak to office staff let them know my question or concern and still never get any answers the office staff continuously tells me she will be asking A******** but doesn't seem to get it done I have also emailed A******** several times. The first time was when I was a new client I called for 3 weeks with no reply so I contacted my attorney who set up my trust and asked him if the money was transferred he shortly got back to me told me yes and sent me a bill for $450. There's been other times where I have sent emails to the point of begging her to reply back to my emails or calls and still months will pass without a reply it has caused me a lot of time energy stress and emotional / mental breakdown. So now my concern is she pulled all my money out of the stock market and has it as cash in the bank there are things in the works to change our currency to a digital currency I've been told by several investors to diversify don't just leave it in the bank purchase some gold and silver I have sent an email over a month ago expressing my concerns and how I'd like to diversify my money I also sent her the information of the business and person I was planning on doing the gold/silver purchases. But I still do not get a reply her office staff continues to tell me she'll let me know but nothing happens. I am very concerned about the security of my finances at this time under her control.
