This company is the worst and needs to be shut down! I’ve had my car for 2 years. I was in a car accident last year and received a check from my insurance company in January to get my car fixed, I sent it to FFI to sign, as it needed both of our signatures to be cashed, and they withheld this check from me until it went void, and they said that I needed to get my car fixed first before they would sign it and send the check back. Now that check is void and I was never able to get my car fixed! Now my car got impounded with a 30day hold on it and they pick my car up and tell me I have to pay the rest of the loan and all other fees in order to get it back or find other financing. They are a huge scam and I don’t recommend anyone doing business with them. I will be filing a lawsuitReview from Rhonda S.

FFI IS REPORTING INACCURACY INFORMATION TO CREDIT BUREAU. DOXO IS A FINANICIAL CO. WHO IS 3RD PARTY PAYMENT WHO SENT FFI THE WRONG INFO ON MY Account CAUSING MY CREDIT SCORE TO DO DOWN 132 POINTS. FFI SAID SEND A KETTER OF FORGIVNESS I DID. THEY WILL NOT CORRECT THIS. MU CAR ALMOST OAID I ONLY OWE 2918.00 THIS IS JARDSHIP BECAUSE MY CREDIT IS RUINED BY THIS ONE MISTAKE CAUSE HARDAHIP AND HAVIC IN MY LIFE.Review from Dominique L

This company is the absolute worst, I contracted COVID and was in the hospital for almost a month and I asked for a deferment for my car payment for a month and they told me they do not care about COVID and they do not accommodate for COVID at all and I couldn't get a deferment instead they repossessed my car and I have not been able to get my things from the vehicle either.Review from David D.

My vehicle insurance company and I have provided proof of Insurance to "Freeway Funding Inc. (FFI)" several time since February and March of 2022. FFI is the Finance company for a used vehicle that I purchased back in 2020. I have never been late nor have I ever missed any car payments with FFI. On my 2022 March statement I received an additional $39.99 fee for lack of proof of insurance. I have called FFI several times to clear this up and have been told on two occasions that the $39.99 fee has been reversed. Today May 05, 2022 i recieved my payments statement still showing the $39.99 plus an additional $1.99 late fee. At this point I feel like I'm being "Harrassed" over something that never should have transpired to begin with. So frustrating!!!

Freeway Funding is a big scam. My car got totaled and my insurance sent them the payment and now after a month they keep bugging me to keep making the car payment because according to them and their gap insurance they say that they haven't receive no payment from my insurance.Review from Latasha K

Non-responsive to Customers (Really ugly). Over three months I tried to get in touch with there Insurance department to discuss what I believe to be a billing error. My car broke down and I had to buy a new engine after a year. It cost me $4000 dollars, more than the car is worth. While the car was being repair, I changed insurance companies and there was a 10 day lag in which they added a $40 insurance fee. I left messages sometimes three in one day, and there other departments (Customer Service) did not help me get in touch with them, rather transfer me to a dead line. I informed the Customer Service that I would like to speak to someone in Management and again I was transferred to a dead line. There Motto is get the money at 25% interest, who cares about their reputation. I paid the amount owed, because I didn't want them to report I was behind on my payments on my credit report. I am very disappointed in this organization that they have no follow up and don't even want to discuss a minor bill of $40. It's sad. I will never do business with the again because of this.
