I hired Inspect Pros, specifically R*** ********* (owner) to do a limited inspection underneath the Santa Paula Theater Center. This is a local non-profit theater of which I am a board member. He performed the inspection which was under 30 minutes, was paid by check $150 with the understanding of providing a written summary report with his findings. The theater wanted to explore the possibilities of seismic retro-fitting. Typically I receive these inspection reports in 2-3 days. We have never received a report despite numerous phone calls, texts, and written communication. I have requested a refund to no avail and no response from Inspect Pros. I have worked with Rory for approximately 15 years in my real estate business having him perform residential inspections and have always been satisfied with his work. I have no idea why he has chosen to ignore all requests from myself and the theater.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: Inspect Pros has done NOTHING to resolve this issue. They have not provided an inspection report as per their original contract, they have NOT issued a refund. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING other than choose to ignore my numerous phone calls and texts over the last year.I spoke to the Inspect Pros office AGAIN today (2/4/22) and there are no notes in their file stating that this has been resolved or that a refund is being issued. A whopping $150 to a non-profit theater that hired this company on my recommendation.
