In November 2020 I ordered a part for my husbands truck for Christmas and received the wrong part in March of 2021. I have been giving the run around by the company that sent the part and the company I ordered the part through. my order number is 548089, business is dynacorn international llc. Long story short I ordered part #M1136 which is a 1969 chevy truck grille and received part # M1136A which is a GMC grille. Any help on this would be grateful. I been arguing with the company for a while now.Initial Complaint

I purchased a front bumper through Ebay for my 1957 Chevy truck and received it in Feb. 2020 right before the Covid 19 shelter in place took effect. I stored the bumper in it's original package in my storage where my truck was but was not able to get to it because of the pandemic and my storage is in Salinas, Ca. I began work on my truck this year and when I attempted to mount the bumper, the chrome immediately began to peel. I contacted Valerie Allen with Tamraz Parts, who is the go between for Dynacorn. I have several emails between Valerie and myself as she attempted to have Dynacorn make this transaction right. Dynacorn finally sent an email to Ms. Allen at Tamraz and said that the time limit had passed and that by me storing it, could cause these issues. This is not true as it was still in it's original package and these sit around warehouses for quite a while. I am 65 and do not want to be out and about until covid 19 is gone. The chrome is poor quality.
