      Hi There, I placed an order with THQ on 3-4-24 to receive SOUTH PARK: SNOW DAY! Collectors Edition Second Print Run × 1 PS5. To this date I ha E only received the game and not any of the promised collectors items. I have emailed their customer support team at least every other week with zero progress. At one point they said the items would ship in August, but then in September they said the parts are delayed and have not provided a delivery date. I have asked several times for a refund since they are not honoring their commitment, but I am making no progress. Looking at Reddit frms I see I am not alone in this mess. Please help me resolve this issue soon. I am happy to provide emails or whatever else you need to verify this inquiry.

      I purchased a PS5 video game published by THQ Nordic titled Alone in the Dark on approximately 4/20/2024. The game is broken and unplayable after a few hours near the beginning of game in only chapter 2. It cannot be played past this point of Chapter 2. It is a glitched and broken game. I see hundreds of people online have complained about this same issue and contacted them to fix the game or refund their money to no avail. I contacted them twice also many months ago and they will not reply. Us gamers are tired of broken games being released that are not tested or playable and we would like our purchase amount of money refunded.

      I bough a physical copy of Alone in the Dark from GameStop for Xbox Series X on release date of 03/20/24, and I first played it for a couple hours then took a break from playing the game for about two months. I recently started playing it again and after progressing to chapter 4. The attic in chapter 4 the game screen just went black. I tried to restart the game and deleting the game and reinstall it, and nothing I did would fix this issue, so I reach out the developers about the issue and they acknowledge this is a well know issue that they don't have a resolution for. I paid for a game that I can't even finish because it is broken. I would like a refund!

      Website did not say was out of product, when order was placed.. 2 weeks have passed shipment has not been shipped contact store,only to be told sold out no refunds .. 3rd week gose by and they shipped my order.. received today ,only thing is, it is not the collectors edition I order but the basic ..
