I ordered a mug and card from them. Their system allowed the items to be mailed to my email address instead of my home address. I contacted them. They made me pay shipping to reship the card and I still never received. I was told they couldn’t do anything about the mug until it was back to their warehouse. I never heard anything. I have emailed them twice with no response. I am unable to find a phone number for the company.Business response

Product ordered on January 23. Product not shipped until early Feb, product never received. Usps claim filed and 11 days later replacement product still has not been shipped out. I have contacted the company and they said that I did not provide a unit number, although I did, and have written proof that it was originally provided. They are refusing to give me a refund and not working in a timely manner. (Over a month th since the order was placed and still no product, replacement ordered 1q days ago and still not shipped). This company is a scam. I have written documentation of everything.Business response

We shipped the order to the address provided by the customer. The original tracking number provided to the customer notes of the package was successfully delivered. This was confirmed by the USPS that it was delivered via GPS tracking. However, the USPS claims that that address was invalid as it was insufficient it did not have an apartment number. We made an exception and sent out a replacement order to the customer at no cost to her, even though it was noted as delivered. However, the USPS has advised several times at the address provided by her is incorrect, we have already told her this, she’s blaming it on us when it’s the USPS that’s advising that her address is invalid. We already advised her that the order will be re-shipped and gave her a timeframe. We already advised her that the courtesy replacement order will be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. She has Been extremely condescending, rude and not willing to work with us with reshipping the order. Per our policy we are not even required to submit a replacement order for orders marked as successfully delivered to the address provided but we have made an exception for this customer yet she is filing a complaint because she’s upset that her address is being noted as invalid by the USPS.

Much of this business's response is completely untrue. The original order placed on January 23rd did in fact include an accurate USPS address (see attached screenshot). I have lived at this address for 13 years and have not ever had problems. The address provided is on my real id, passport, all utilities bills, and all other mail correspondence that I receive. It is in fact real. Evelyn from Untamed Ego did not know that "Garden" and "Apt G" are in fact the same, and both addresses that are recognized by usps. IF address was an issue, which it clearly isn't, its just thier excuse for providing poor service, this should have been questioned when the original order was placed on January 23,The package was not ever received and claim to USPS was submitted and relayed to Untamed Ego on Feb 17th. Since the product was not received they stated that a replacement would be sent out. 11 days later and the package still has not been sent out, no tracking has been issued, so the 1-2 days that the business requested has been long over due. The only responses I have received after confirming my shipping address multiple times have been rude and demonstrate pure incompetence and unprofessionalism. Moral of the story is this company does not know what they are doing and over a month later I am not given the option for a refund of a product not received and no replacement has been sent, OVER a month after my order has been placed. This is bad business practice and should not be tolerated, I hope to protect others from future hardships dealing with this terrible company.Business response

We could not resubmit a new order immediately until the case with the USPS was completed. I have attached all screenshots from our fulfillment center, as well as the screenshots of the conversation we had with the USPS contact. The order cannot be reshipped until it’s printed, as the items are made to order. Your original order which was was noted as delivered “i have attached a screenshot of the shipping label” shipped on time and was delivered on time. but based off the issue with the address, as previously stated you did not receive it. The USPS is claiming “garden” is not a valid apartment number. We have already had this conversation via email and so am repeating it here. Shipping information will be sent to you via email as soon as it becomes available. Please be advised that since you refused to speak to your post office, if this replacement order doesn’t arrive we are unable to ship any additional replacement orders. As noted on our policy, it is the customers responsibility to ensure accurate shipping information is provided.

I am rejecting this response because:
As to repeat myself yet again, the post office was contacted to file a claim and still states that the package was delivered (not returned as E***** ******* states). This IS my true address and has been for over 13 years. It is listed on my passport, real ID, utility bills, etc. I do not beleive that the USPS has rejected the address, please submit both written proof that the address provided is rejected by usps AND that the package was returned to sender. As I do beleive these are made up false statements from E***** ******* since they do not add up and I've not ever seen evidence of. Please find my screenshot attached validating my address with USPS on thier official website. :) Gee I wonder what lie /excuse Evelyn will come up with next as to why her business operates slowly and poorly and why I have not yet received the goods that I paid for over a month later.
