I am a verified buyer and I love my cat wheel, my cat loves it. I'm not sure if I should laugh or cry at the complaints I read about on this site.... But yeah, the order took about two weeks longer before I even heard from the company. They took the initiative to let me know they had a huge backlog but we're processing the order and it would arrive in another week, offering to cancel the order and provide a refund. I continued with the order and I'm glad I did. At first glance, the parts appeared to be cheap plastic but when put together, it's really sturdy and stable. It's light weight, portable, stable, reletively quiet - depending on how the cat uses it - and super easy to put together. The instructions are clear and the parts are almost impossible to put together wrong because of the design. The hardest part is lining up the foam tiles on the wheel. Blind Cat Rescue and Sanctuary is where I first heard about these wheels and years later, I bought one myself last month. I love it, my cat loves it. I'm so glad I bought it. Affordable too, the other wheels cost WAY more. I wouldn't call this the Rolls Royce of cat wheels but I doubt your car is a Rolls Royce either, mine isn't...so for me, it's perfect! About six feet tall / diameter so consider that space and where you will put it. My cat would never be able to exercise or have fun like this without One Fast Cat, because she's indoor and I'm poor. Thanks One Fast Cat! Legit the only problem I have is that the other cat hasn't been able to be trained on the wheel because my cat loves it so much and wants to use it when we try to train...lol.
